Placements: 40% of the students who apply for the placements get placed. The lowest package is 1 LPA. The highest package is 5 LPA. The average package is 2 LPA. Companies that come for recruitment include Capgemini, TripuraInfo, Pran, JBM, Infosys, and other small companies. Almost 80% of the students got internships in government-owned companies like ONGC, TRTC, etc. I don't really know about the roles offered, but I want to add that more than 70% of the students apply for government exams like banking ...
Placements: In my university, the psychology department of my batch has only 13 students. There is no package system. Teachers used to give lectures on various subjects and courses of psychology, and no practicals are done, and they don't even take us on field studies. Our department provides internships in one of the hospitals for around 2 months, but they don't offer internships in other companies.
Placements: In our batch, there are approximately 200+ students, but only 1-2% of students get placements through the college, and this is the best scenario. Actually, there are no recruiting companies available that provide opportunities to students. If you do manage to get a job, your role might be a salesman or telephone caller.
Placements: The college provides a nice channel where the placement team tries to get students placement and has been maintaining a record of 80% of the students getting jobs in various roles and good organization, starting from gym trainers in CULTs, etc. The highest was 4 lacs.
Placements: The course I'm studying is a humanities course. And as it is known to everyone, there aren't many companies that take people or give placements to students from arts or humanities backgrounds. So it's the same case with Tripura University too.
Placements: The overall statistics for this batch are around sixty to seventy percent. For this course, generally, research-oriented organizations, environmental agencies, and a few NGOs are the top recruiters who come for both internship and placement opportunities.
Placements: On average, the placement rate is not bad, ranging from fifty to seventy-five percent. For our batch, it was about seventy percent, with the highest package recorded at 6 LPA and the lowest being about 2 LPA. Internship opportunities are also provided.
Placements: Approximately seventy percent of students secure placements through campus drives, and the college endeavors to provide internship opportunities for around 60% of students. The average package offered is approximately 3 LPA.
Placements: Our batch is from 2020-2023 and we did a lot of work during our college life. Like the NAAC also visited during 2022 that ranks every college and that decides the government found of the college, we were also connected with NCC & NSS. We were also taken to different town & cities to represent our college in different competitions.
Placements: The placement rate is decent with around 70%, and generally reputed schools, educational institutions, and NGOs like BYJU's, TCS, Genpact, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, etc., come along with various other schools. There are also internship opportunities provided.
Placements: The general placement rate is not very great since this is new, but last year it did reach around sixty-five percent. There are only a few internship opportunities, not very helpful. The roles mostly related to teaching and research are what are offered for this course.
Placements: The placement is not that great. The college has few links to industries and NGOs, but they are very limited and are not able to cover a lot of students. For internships, it is even worse that through college only thirty to forty percentage of students get opportunities.
Placements: The placement rate for our batch was around sixty percent. The prominent and top companies in various industries that came for recruitment were Wipro, TCS, Infosys, ITC, and ICICI Bank. And yes, internship help is also provided by our placement department.
Placements: During my batch, I was able to get an internship at ICICI Bank through the campus drive program, and along with that, during the final placement session, I was able to get placed at Wipro and that was also through campus. The placement rate, on average, varies from 60 to 75%.
Placements: 1. For internships, companies like ICICI Bank and various other banks, along with government agencies come. 2. For placement, generally Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, HDFC and other government agencies comes. 3. The average package is generally 4 lacs per annum.
Placements: In our batch, the placement rate dropped a bit and only fifty percent of the students got placed. But the previous few batches did have an average of seventy to seventy-five percent of placements. The college has tie-up programs with government agencies, NGOs, etc.
Placements: As per our placement committee, it was mentioned that for internships, approximately sixty to seventy percent of students secured opportunities in companies such as ICICI Bank, SBI, and a few government agencies. For placements, companies like banks and IT firms participate in the recruitment process.
Placements: The placement is good and around 70 percent of the students get placed with companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Infosys, HDFC Bank, etc. Various roles, like banking, finance, research, education, and public policy are offered.
Placements: For our batch of students, roles like banking, finance, and research were offered; some in public policy and consultancy were also offered. For internships, there were companies like ICICI Bank, SBI and a few government agencies. The placement rate is around 70%.
Placements: The main focus is not on placement but on helping the students get opportunities in academic or research institutes. Some of the companies, like the Wildlife Institute of India, the Zoological Survey of India and various state forest departments, recruit.
