Our college should hire more faculty members and improve its infrastructure.

Placements: No companies have arrived yet as it is a fine arts department. We never saw any companies for our department.

Infrastructure: There are a lot of facilities available at our college. There is a lack of facilities in our department. The government does not value arts. We have printing machines. There is no library. There is a lack of equipment.

Faculty: We have only one teacher for 6 classes. The university is not recruiting teachers. Our teacher is very helpful and well qualified. We are not getting any workshops. There are no activities in our department. Practicals are important. Even if it is a practical course, we have many theory papers. At least 45% is needed to pass every subject.

Other: I chose this course after already having a bachelor's degree because I want to learn more about the fine arts. I've always wanted to paint. I joined this college to learn. Because of the lack of faculty members and facilities, we did not learn most things. As it is a fine arts department, the timing should be changed to work more.
