The college is good in terms of the culture and the crowd.

Placements: The percentage of the students getting placed in our college is 90%, and 100% of the students studying at our college get the internship opportunity, irrespective of their specialization in the course. The college has a separate unit or cell which looks after the entire placement.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure are good. There are different types of events taking place in our college, such as sports, fests, and other inter-college tournaments. The quality of the food in the mess is good, but that of the canteen is not that good.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are really good. They are mostly based out of Delhi and other parts of the country. The course curriculum is also very relevant to that of the industry, and the students get industry-ready by the end of the 1st year.

It is a nice college if you are looking for subject matter and a degree only.

Placements: There were no placements provided in my course. No company visited my university regarding the placement of the English course, and I don't think any student got an internship in any company. There were no special courses offered in my course; there were just classes held.

Infrastructure: There was no facility for hostels for distance department students. However, the canteen of our department was very well-maintained. Its structure, ambiance, and the food provided were all up to the mark. Although the prices of food items were quite high, they were still reasonable.

Faculty: Students pursuing their PhDs were teaching us; some of them were dedicated to their work, while others treated it just as a task and did not take teaching seriously. I don't think the subject matter was relevant or up to the mark, as when I started studying for the NET English exam, there were no topics I learned in my MA.

Other: I was a science student and was only eligible to study English.

The university is doing its best to help the students to develop their professional career.

Placements: Nearly 5-10% of the students are placed in our course. The highest of 4.5 Lacs, the lowest of 2.5 Lacs, and average of 3.5 Lacs package is offered. Top recruiting companies include hdfc bank, icici bank, icici prudential, etc. Less than 2-3 % students got internship opportunities in hdfc bank, icici bank, etc. Top roles offered are of project manager, assistant manager.

Infrastructure: The college has top class facilities and infrastructure like central and departmental library, smart classrooms, auditorium, medical room, playgrounds, Wi-Fi enabled campus, etc. The quality is top class with good hostel, mess food is also good, canteen has all the essential commodities available.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and are very knowledgeable. They have good education quality standards. This course helps the students to get ready for industry and helps the student in their overall personality development. The course helps the students to build their career in right direction.

Other: I choose this course because it lies in my area of interest. The best thing about this course is that it prepares us for industry. Providing enough industrial experience and internship opportunities can help the course to deliver the most to the students. A lot of events, seminars, guest lectures, extra-curricular activities are performed inside the campus.

Placements: The minimum percentage of students is 50%, and the maximum is 98 to 100%. The lowest package is 50,000, and the maximum is 1.2 Lacs. The internship rate is 70% and above. I am one of the top 5 students in our course.

Infrastructure: This university has a library, Wi-Fi, classrooms etc. The hostel quality is very good, and good food is available. Hostel rooms have all the facilities. Medical and sports facilities are very good.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and the teaching quality is very good. Students are made industry-ready. Semester exams are conducted in our college, and 50% is the pass percentage.

Other: All the courses are very good, and the best course is M.A. The course is very helpful, and almost all the students pass the exams.

Placements: Around 40% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered in our course was Rs. 35,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month. The average salary package offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies were a better choice in terms of the quality of faculty, infrastructure, and placements. Maximum 80% of the student got internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was first-class. The rooms were fully air-conditioned. Desks were well furnished. Medical facilities, tea quotient named cafe, food court named Square One, and La Pinoz for pizza were available. We also had very good libraries, a gym, a sports center, and an auditorium available.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and highly qualified. The teaching quality was outstanding. Teachers were very helpful in the class and also in practical class. The course curriculum was relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Exams were not so difficult because teachers taught us properly. The pass percentage was 33%.

Other: Our college provided the overall practice of learning with a realistic approach. We were provided with all sorts of facilities like sports and competitions at the college level. We had recreational activities at the college from time to time to feel cool and relaxed. A youth fest was held in which different colleges took part to interact with us through different events.

Dissatisfied with faculty.

Placements: I don't think placements are done here. No salary is offered as no placement is provided. We have to do an internship by ourselves only. Some do in Jammu and some don't. They go out of the Jammu to do internship.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but if you stand outside some tiles may fall on u or anything from up can fall on u. so it's very risky to stand outside the department. Canteen is also good but sometimes it serves stale food. I didn't visit the hostel. So I don't know how it is.

Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Teachers are well qualified. Teachers are very supportive. Seminars are also conducted for the students. We didn't get any industry exposure yet.
