UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU) Allahabad offers a two-year, full-time B.Ed programme (General) and a B.Ed Special Education programme for a two-and-a-half-year duration. Admission to the courses is based on an entrance test conducted by the university. The admission cycle takes place twice a year, in January and July.
