VTUEEE Counselling 2025:Â The Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology will conduct the VTUEEE 2025 counselling in June. The schedule and dates of VTUEEE 2025 will be announced after the conclusion of exams for all phases.
All students who qualify the exam will be issued a counselling call letter, which has to be downloaded online. The authorities of Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R and D Institute of Science and Technology organized the VTUEEE counselling 2025 in two phases. The counselling will be done through a single-window counselling system based on the candidates’ rank.
VTUEEE 2025 counselling will be conducted in online mode. Candidates who qualify for the VTUEEE 2025 will be required to register online on the official website to participate in the counselling process.

- After login, aspirants rank will be displayed

- The counsellor will call and guide the aspirants for the further process

VTUEEE 2025 Counselling Important Details
- Candidates will have to participate in the counselling and confirm their seats for admission.
- Report to the counselling venue on the prescribed VTUEEE counselling date and time along with all the required documents.
- VTUEEE counselling call letter will be available on the website. If any candidate does not participate in the counselling then the seat will be offered to the next candidate.
- However, if a candidate will not be able to attend the counselling because of an unanticipated reason then he/she should inform the concerned authority of VTU and can participate in the counselling as per the instructions.
- If any candidate is not having any required document then he/she can issue an undertaking for it.
Documents required for VTUEEE Counselling 2025
Candidates are required to carry the following documents at the VTUEEE 2025 counselling venue.
- Class 12 or equivalent Mark sheet and certificates.
- Class 10 or equivalent Mark sheet and certificates.
- Transfer certificate
- Migration certificate
- Caste category certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Aadhar card or Ration card.
- Domicile certificate (if a candidate is belonging to Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).
- Anti-ragging form undertaken by parents and students.
- Recent passport size photograph with white background dressed in formal having name & date on it (Six copies)
- Photocopies of all the documents (Two copies).
- Coloured photos of Parents (Four copies – 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm)
- Demand draft of the fee drawn in favour of the Vel tech university, Payable at Chennai as a partial payment of the tuition fee.
