Placements: At EIILM Kolkata, about 95% of BCA students secure placements. The highest salary offered to these students is 6 LPA, with an average salary package of around 3.8 LPA. Most companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Capgemini are among the top recruiters. Students with 60% of minimum attendance get internships. Infrastructure: EIILM Kolkata offers Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, air-conditioned classrooms, library with vast books for BCA students. Hostels have comfortable rooms and good food. Sports facilities include basketball, cricket, and football, with access to nearby services.

EIILM Kolkata review.

Placements: Almost 99% of students got placed in my course from EIILM Kolkata. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, etc. Almost 100% of students got internships from my course in many companies. At least, the college is very good.

Infrastructure: At EIILM Kolkata, there are three computer labs. Each lab is connected with a good network connection. For each lab, there is a faculty member to guide you. Each lab also includes a printer and an air conditioner. The library is very big to study. It can accommodate above 200 students together. You can collect 4 books together from the library for 21 days without any fees and reissue them later.

Faculty: Each faculty member helps in our studies and exams. They guide you on what to do or not. The behaviour of each faculty is very good. They only guide course-related subjects. Before the semester, faculty members do case studies, group discussions, etc.

Other: I have previous experience with computer classes, and this is my favorite. The best thing about our course is we make web pages or apps for any industry.

Overall okay college but you can find better options.

Placements: 40% student are being placed from my course. The highest salary package offered in BCA is rs100000/year, the lowest package is somewhere between rs500000-600000/year whereas the average salary lies between 750000 to 800000/year. Top recruiting companies are global infosys, tcs. Roles offered as per your knowledge.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are quite big and infrastructure is also good and the college has its own library where you can find books and journals related to your course including BBA and hotel management course. Canteen is available at the college but the prices are too high for the food in college canteen.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and know as well as very helpful towards students and they have the best teaching skills. The difficult of semester exams depends on the level of study and preparation one is doing to tackle the exam. Exam have a pass percentage of 90%. .

Other: I chose BCA because I wanted to gain knowledge in technical field and the best thing about this course is you don't get bored while studying you get to know various knowledgeable things.

Strong Faculty and Good Placements, but Needs More Industry Exposure

Placements: In my batch at Midnapore College, around 25 students out of 60 were placed, which makes up approximately 41.67% placement. The highest package offered in my course was around INR 8 LPA, while the lowest stood at INR 3 LPA, with an average package of about INR 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant. Additionally, nearly 30% of students secured internships in companies like Infosys and Capgemini, with roles such as software developers and analysts being common.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my course at Midnapore College is well-equipped with Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, advanced computer labs, and a rich library with a wide range of academic resources. The hostel offers clean rooms and basic amenities, while the food quality in the mess and canteen is decent, offering a balanced diet. Medical facilities are available on campus, and students also have access to sports grounds and indoor games, promoting an active lifestyle.

Faculty: The faculty for my course at Midnapore College were highly qualified, knowledgeable, and approachable, always willing to help students with doubts and providing guidance beyond the classroom. The teaching quality was good, ensuring a strong understanding of core concepts. The curriculum is fairly relevant and is designed to equip students with skills needed for industry readiness, though practical exposure could be enhanced. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with a focus on both theoretical knowledge and application. The pass percentage in my course was around 85-90%, reflecting a balanced academic standard.

Other: I chose this course at Midnapore College because of my passion for programming and problem-solving, and I was particularly drawn to the curriculum's focus on C++ and machine learning. The best aspects of the course include experienced faculty, well-structured labs, and a strong coding culture among students. However, I believe the course could benefit from more industry collaborations and updated practical content to stay in line with the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Campus life is vibrant, with several events and fests throughout the year, fostering a close-knit community. The crowd is diverse and academically inclined, and extracurricular activities like chess and other sports are encouraged. The campus is well-connected to the city, making it convenient for students, and scholarships are offered to deserving candidates. Everything is good but dissatisfied because of no on campus placements.

Placements: 50% of the students were placed in the course. The highest package (3LPA) and the lowest package (1.6LPA). Top role: system analyst. In the year 2022, in my course, out of 20 students, 8 are hotly placed at Wipro, Deloitte, and Infosys through off-campus drive placement.

Infrastructure: Everything is excellent. Both girls and boys hostels are available. The library environment is also very good. The English department is the most successful department in the college. Office staff are very good and they are very friendly with students and always want to help them.

Faculty: Teachers are good but I feel like if there should be more teachers per course, then it will be greatly beneficial for students. In that time when I was in the course, no professor or assistant professor was there. Each and every teacher is like a part-time teacher, all though they are good but students also need some professors, at least two.

Everything is okay, but the placement is too poor.

Placements: Sorry to say, but our college does not provide good internships or placements. In our previous batches, only 3 or 4 students got placement. TCS, Wipro, etc. Junior employees. Now what do I say about this? In this college, everything is good, only the internship or placement is not.

Infrastructure: The facilities are good. Available classrooms, labs, and Wi-Fi. I am handling the college from my home. Daily, I go to college by bus from home. And, in this college, the hostel is only for girls. There is no boys' hostel. The boys live in PG. The canteen is very small. Per year, annual sports are organized by the college.

Faculty: The teachers are good. They have already completed their Ph.D. degrees. The course curriculum is not so good. The semester exam is easy because internal exams are very tough. The pass percentage is 35%. The teachers are helpful and qualified, but sometimes they can't understand our situation.

Other: For a job, read the course, and I can get a job in any company. Improve the semester subject pattern. The last point is happening every year. Events, fests, scholarships. We are now an autonomous college, so students must complete their attendance. So campus crowd, you can see.
