Vignan University: Path for your career growth.
Placements: Approximately 80% of students got placed in the computer science department. A few students opted for a master's. The highest salary package offered by Amazon for the role of a software engineer is 21 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Amazon, Google, TCS, Wipro, and Accenture. A maximum of 90% of students got internships in companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Paytm, etc. Top roles offered in our course are web developer, software developer, full-stack developer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are available in our department like high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the campus, well-equipped classrooms with digital boards, projectors, etc. There is a 24/7 open library with various books. It has a clean and safe environment. The hostel also provides many facilities. The quality of the food in the mess is decent. They provide food involving many items. But we think they can make it better. A medical room is available 24/7. A doctor is always available. We have an indoor stadium for table tennis and a ground to play volleyball, etc. The hostel provides high-speed Wi-Fi and a clean room at an affordable price.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified. They hold many Ph.Ds in their respective fields. They are very interactive and friendly. They help us if we have any problems related to our studies even after class hours. The course curriculum is relevant and well-structured. It made us learn many new skills and gain good knowledge about a subject. We generally follow The R22 curriculum which is good but difficult at the same time. They provide many training sessions and workshops. Semester exams range from moderate to difficult depending on the subject. The pass percentage is around 80-85% as many people manage to pass the subject.
Other: I chose computer science because of the foundation subjects like data structures, algorithms, etc. It also provides options like AI, machine learning, and cloud computing which are in demand nowadays. Involving blockchain and many hackathons would be better. A big fest named Mohotsav is celebrated, which is a 3-day fest held in February involving music, dance, etc. The annual sports fest is held in December promoting athleticism. Our college provides scholarships on merit.

A best institute to succeed in life.

Infrastructure: The classrooms have sufficient space to sit and free space to move around. Everyone will get Wi-Fi, and the labs are very hygienic. The library is also available, and there are many books in the library, all of which are good books that will help everyone gain knowledge.
Faculty: In my college, all the teachers are helpful, and all the faculty have higher knowledge. The quality of teaching is very good. All the teachers are professional, and well-educated. Yes, the curriculum is relevant, and every student is industry-ready.

I am satisfied with infrastructure and placements.
Placements: I got 979 marks on my board exams, and I was provided with a 60% scholarship. Top recruiting companies for the CSE course are Wipro, TCS, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra. There are no internships in our college. It is very hard to get placements. Students should not think about internships.
Infrastructure: There are facilities for all kinds of activities. New blocks have been built and construction is going on with continuous development. There is a problem with the internet on the campus. There is a medical room for students and staff for any medical checkups.
Faculty: There are experienced and good faculty members who teach with real-time examples. The course structure is planned in a way that students can solve any type of problem by understanding concepts clearly. R22 regulation is specifically designed for new-age students.
Other: I live very close to home, allowing me to be productive by going home whenever I want. Life is easy here.

Good to go college without 75% criteria in boards.
Placements: The placement scenario at this college is somewhat good, with the highest package reported being around 44 lakhs and the lowest package reported being 3.5 lakhs. Internship opportunities are also somewhat good, and the faculty is working to ensure that every student gets an internship before the end of their fourth year.
Infrastructure: The department facilities are very good, and the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The computer labs, chemistry labs, and machine labs are well maintained. The hostel facility is somewhat good. The housekeeping staff cleans the rooms and makes the beds while we are in class. There are three types of food available: north Indian, south Indian, and foreign food. We can go to any one of them whenever we want, but the North Indian food is not very good.
Faculty: The faculty at this college is very good and very hardworking. They are also well trained. The curriculum is good and somewhat industry-oriented, which will help students a lot in the future. There are a lot of exams here. We have two mid-semesters and one end-semester. In the two mid-semesters, there are five parts: T1, T2, T3, T4, and T5. T1 is a written test, T2 is an extension of the T1 question, T3 is a PPT and IEEE document of the extension question, T4 is an online MCQ test, and T5 is based on faculty feedback on our assignments.
Other: I chose this college because the education consultant I visited said this is the best college for me at this level. I also chose B.Tech CSE because I thought this is the best option for me at the rank I got in the JEE Main. The class size is around 60-70 students per section. In B.Tech CSE, the girls:boys ratio is around 3:2, so there are more girls than boys. The student:faculty ratio is about 20:1.

Good faculty and good for every student when they do hard work.
Placements: Presently, there is no placement for the 2024 passed-out students. In the past, there were more placements such as Amazon and TCS companies with packages ranging from 12 LPA to 17 LPA. We think due to COVID-19, we don't have placements. The lowest package is 5 LPA from a startup company.
Infrastructure: The fee structure is in two types: for the 1st semester, we have 115500, and for the 2nd semester, it is 117500. This is for all 4 years. The hostel food is very good, and by the way, the hostel fee is 120000 for AC and 97000 for non-AC. We have chicken on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. There is also a hostel fresher's day.
Faculty: The faculty are very friendly and knowledgeable. Semester exams are in two types: internal and external. The semester exams are not much difficult to pass. In the first year, you will learn the basics, and in the second year, you will start the actual course. In the third and fourth years, you will learn the final things.
Other: Information Technology is the same as CSE. I had to choose CSE, but there were no seats, so I chose IT. Events include Fresher's Day, Farewell Day, Mahotsav, and Surujunkra.

I am satisfied with the college, with good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 85% of people get campus placement. The highest package is 7 LPA, and the lowest is 1.5 LPA. COGNIZANT, TCS, and Wipro are the top recruiters. Less than 50% get internships, and few of them are paid. Bioinformatics software is developed, and there are opportunities as a Bioinformatics research scientist or Bioinformatics analyst.
Infrastructure: 5GHz band Wi-Fi is available in classrooms. Labs are well-equipped with all advanced instruments, allowing for experiments related to Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Fermentation, Biological Databases, NGS, Bioperl, R Programming, and Python. The quality of food in the hostel, mess, and canteen is hygienic, healthy, and tasty. There is a special medical hospital in the university and ambulance services. Various sports and games like volleyball, football, kabaddi, chess, caroms, and all indoor and outdoor games are available.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified with M.Tech and Ph.D. qualifications. They undergo special training before teaching. R22 regulation consists of 2 modules in sem T1-T5, and tests will be conducted. There is a medium difficulty in exams. The pass percentage is more than 80%.
Other: Bioinformatics has various opportunities in biotech, healthcare, and pharma, so I chose this course. Advanced healthcare coding must be included in the curriculum. Mahotsav, Srujanankura, Freshers, Farewell, and Depth fests will be celebrated. There is easy connectivity from Guntur or Tenali through road. There is a 10-75 percent scholarship based on merit. Cell, Sac, NSS, and NCC are present in the university.
