Really good infrastructure, facilities, friends, place of campus, and placements.
Placements: In our branch, there are 60 seats in one class. The highest salary package offered is 19 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our branch are TCS, TVs, Infosys, Bosch, Toyota, etc. The percentage of students who got internships is none because we are still in 3 semester. So we will be getting further semester, 70% of seniors are getting their internships in top roles. We are hiring how to crack interviews and practical labs about machines and further things.
Infrastructure: In our college, we have Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library. Our campus is peaceful. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is very nice. They treat us very nicely and they care like own students. The quality of food is very nice. We get a daily variety of food and breakfast in canteen. We have all facilities like sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and very knowledgeable. We have nice teaching quality. They are well experienced. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are little bit difficult and pass percentage is 50%. Faculty members are very nice. They are humble and caring. They help us in all conditions and they motivate us. They teach us very nicely.
Other: I chose this course because I need to be mechanical filled. The best thing about the course is we will be having practicals in our course. Some they should improve about our course is the need to give holiday on Saturday, we have many events and fests. Campus surroundings are also peaceful and we enjoy it. Campus crowd is also okay, suitable for campus and capacity of campus. We have scholarships like SSP, NSP, etc. Extracurricular activities like rating and outdoor activities like camping more.

Well-equipped and modern campus.
Placements: ECE students get placed in companies from sectors like electronics, telecommunication, IT, automation, and embedded systems often visit campuses. Roles offered in hardware design, software development, VLSI, and signal processing are common. Placements not only provide financial independence. But also contribute to personal growth by exposing students to professional environment.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of PDIT (Proudhadevaraya Institute of Technology) is well-designed to support both academic and extracurricular development. Campus is spread over a vast area, providing a serene and conducive environment for learning. Equipped with modern facilities, it caters to the needs of students pursuing various disciplines.
Faculty: Teaching-learning process. Laboratories are state-of-the-art, featuring advanced equipment and tools, especially beneficial for engineering students in fields like electronics, communication, and computer science. These labs provide hands-on experience, bridging the gap between theory and practical application.
Other: Sports and recreation facilities are another highlight of PDIT. The campus includes playgrounds for outdoor games. It has courts for basketball and badminton, and indoor spaces for activities like table tennis and chess. It also promotes physical fitness and teamwork among students.

B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2027
Offered by NMAM Institute of Technology

3Placements2Infrastructure4Faculty1Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
No campus life @ NMAM Institute of Technology!
Placements: Placements are average, around 7 LPA, and not all students get placed, but a decent amount does. The highest package was off-campus, about 46 LPA. Top recruiters are Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, etc. Internships are also available, and they are average as well.
Infrastructure: All labs and facilities are available, and some of them are good too. However, the Wi-Fi service they provide is the worst. It's not just in the hostel, but even on their own so-called college campus. They block entertainment sites on their Wi-Fi, taking away the only source of entertainment.
Faculty: The teachers here are super helpful and nice. They are well qualified, but some of them teach classes in a branch that is completely different from their department. For example, mechanical staff teaching IT skills and all. The exams occur three times in a semester, with two midterms and one end semester exam. They are pretty easy to score in.

Masters in structural engineering at R. V. College of Engineering.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in roles like designing. They also got a chance to work as an intern on foreign projects. After the end of the internships, they got a permanent job role with salary hikes. Some of the top recruiters were L&T and Tata Group.
Infrastructure: Most informative resources that were available in the library like updated newspapers, journals periodicals, and reference books used for courses were collected and stocked in the library once a month. Biometric systems were used in the libraries instead of manual systems.
Faculty: Most of our syllabus was oriented to diagrammatic papers. Our teachers were known for their excellence in designing. They illustrated and made us reconstruct the design perfectly by guiding us step by step. Our teachers motivate our skills rather than scoring higher grades.

Perfect choice if students want to stay in Bangalore and study.
Placements: This college is located in the heart of the city surrounded by all IT hubs. It is a 25 years old college. Seniors have told me there is a nice placement drive offered. This college claims 100% placements and seniors also tell the same. It has connections with Japan also and many other abroad companies visit our college. Opportunities are there in this college.
Infrastructure: If we are staying in Bangalore then it is very easy for us to communicate daily to college. Hostel facilities are also amazing in this college. There is good variety of non-vegetarian and vegetarian food options. Seniors are very supportive.
Faculty: NHCE only accepts KCET and management quota is there. Exams are also pretty good. Only teachers support us a lot for exams. It is easy to score a good GPA if we are regular to college.
Other: There are many events and fests in this college. Many big artists come here and perform which is just amazing. No ragging faced yet and I have finished 1st year till now.

Here, students got placement because of online placements from our college. We didn't get any placements; only a few got placements from the college side.
Infrastructure: There are good spacious classrooms, labs are there, and Wi-Fi is also available. Hostel food quality is good, but food is not that good. There are no medical facilities and all. The canteen staff is good; they are friendly and the cost is a little high, and the canteen is too spacious.
Faculty: There are no curricula for our batch, and the teachers are not good or helpful. They are qualified but won't explore knowledge to the students, and the college won't teach for our industries relevant. Semester exams are not that much difficult; we can pass.

Q:   When are VTU Belgaum application forms out?

A:

The deadline for submitting application forms for the coursework examinations of the PhD programme in July 2023 is crucial for prospective candidates. To ensure a smooth process, applicants must adhere to the specified dates. The regular deadline, without incurring a late fee, is set for June 22. This cutoff date emphasizes the importance of timely submission, allowing the administrative process to proceed efficiently.

However, there is a brief grace period for those who miss the initial deadline. Applicants have the opportunity to submit their forms until June 24, but this extension comes at a cost of INR 500 as a late fee. This provision serves as a reminder to candidates that while there is flexibility, it is not without consequence. The imposition of a late fee encourages applicants to prioritize timely submissions and helps the institution manage administrative tasks effectively.

Prospective candidates should be diligent in adhering to these deadlines to avoid complications in the application process. Meeting the initial deadline not only demonstrates organizational skills but also reflects a commitment to the program's guidelines. For those facing unforeseen circumstances, the extended deadline provides a limited window to complete the application process with the understanding that a late fee will be incurred. Overall, the dual deadlines aim to strike a balance between flexibility and accountability in the application process for the upcoming PhD coursework examinations in July 2023.
