It is one of the worst universities.
Placements: Around 60% or a few students get placements here. The average salary package offered ranges from 2-3 LPA. Not many companies visit the college for placements. It provides paid internships. Placements are not that good because the university does not focus much on the skill development of students as they only focus on exams and fees of course.
Infrastructure: There are on-campus and off-campus hostels. I do not know about girls' hostels. On-campus hostels are not that good but off-campus ones are really better. It has clean rooms but the price is a little high. Wardens and mess are terrifying. I do not recommend students to stay at the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are good or average as first-year students we did not get experienced teachers. Exams are stressful and of average level. The marking is strict. It is tough to pass end-semester examinations due to strict marking.
Other: I chose this course because I do not have any other options.

College is okay. You can join.
Placements: Our college provides placements in the 3rd year. It also provides internships in a variety of companies. We get some stipends also. Most students get placements.
Infrastructure: In the college, computer labs and a library are provided. The infrastructure of my college is very good. It has a big area. We have a mess, a canteen, and medical facilities. There is a sports and games room. Our college provides Wi-Fi on campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, supportive, and well-qualified. Every semester we get 2 mid-terms and 1 end-term exam. Semester exams are not difficult.
Other: I am doing an interior design course B.Voc. My course provides various options for jobs. My fee is Rs. 28,500 per semester. Our campus is very big and provides various opportunities like games, etc.

College is good after 2024.
Placements: 46.5 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest package of VGU is 27 lacs.
70% of students got internships from my course. The top recruiters are Flipkart, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure and the hostel mess infrastructure are also good. But college provides various types of equipment to use for the students, but some types of students destroy this. College Wi-Fi is good, but hostel Wi-Fi is not working properly. Mess food is relevant for the students.
Faculty: Yes, some teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but some have no teaching experience. Because he is new in the teaching line. According to the students, the course curriculum is relevant. When students have knowledge, they can be industry-ready.
Other: I am interested in B.Tech, so I chose the B.Tech course. All things are dependent on the students and what to do with the students. I think when colleges provide visits to the company, this is better for all the students.

Quality learning experience.
Placements: As of January 23, 2025, the placement process for the M.Des in UX Design (batch 2023-25) at Vivekananda Global University (VGU) is ongoing. With 25 students, companies like Paytm and Mahindra are participating. Approximately 50% of students have been placed so far. The program offers placement assistance and supporting internships in companies engaged in the process. Graduates can pursue roles such as UI designer, visual designer, UX designer, interaction designer, HCI specials, or user experience researcher.
Infrastructure: The college campus is amazing. All facilities are provided. I didn't like the hostel because of the food taste. The cafeteria provides a good variety of munchings. The sports culture is good. If you join here, you will get a good experience. You also get the option of NCC. The most interesting event in the college is Hackathon.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful according to industry. They provide you with basic knowledge to present yourself in the industry, but obviously not like an expert. Examination presence is easy. About 75% of attendance is mandatory. Otherwise, they will debar the student.
Other: As per the market demand, this course is an amazing option to opt for. Exposure to college is also good. Events, trips, extracurricular activities, etc., are involved.

My overall experience is good but I got Rs. 7,000 as a penalty.
Placements: I am an interior design student at B.Voc Interior Design College. It provides placements in the 3rd year. Internships are provided by a variety of companies. Our college offers internships. We get some stepends also. Most of the students get placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Our college is in a big area. It has a mess and a canteen. There are medical facilities. We have sports and a games room. Wi-Fi is there on the campus. We have labs.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, supportive, and well-qualified. Every semester, we have 2 mid-term terms and 1 end-term exam. We also have semester exams. They are not difficult. In our college, we have computer labs and a library.
Other: I am an interior design student. My course is for 3 years. In my class, there are only twelve students. There is no huge crowd. Our college conducts events every month.

Average experience, neither being too good nor too bad.
Placements: Although placements for our batch has not happened yet because I’m in the first year itself, the placements happen only for the studious students with the highest package being around 16 Lacs and the lowest package offered being 2-3 Lacs. Top recruiting companies include Tech Mahindra and TCS. Fairly a good number of students get internships. Around 30% students got internships easily but not in high end companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good with all the required academic equipments being available in each lab. Wi-Fi is also available across the campus. Hostel toilets are not very clean. Food is also not very good according to the students. Sports facilities are provided for basketball, badminton, cricket, boxing, and volleyball. Canteen facility is good.
Faculty: Curriculum is the same like that of the other colleges which mostly offer the CSE degree. There is a gap in the curriculum to make the students industry ready, to fill this gap, the college is providing online courses from website like Redhat and Coursera to get additional skills in the very first year. Semester exams are pretty easy if you study regularly. Mostly the students will pass the exams easily in their first year.
Other: I wanted to do CSE and doing it from an IIT made it better. They should be more focused on creating a learning environment. Panche is the name of the fest which happens in the month of February and Hackathon is conducted by the college in September.
