A: Past five years, we have evolved significantly. Year-On- Year, placement track record is a testament to the same with more than 500 plus recruiters participating in the Campus Placement Drive. Training students towards peak performance from day zero. Each student is given opportunities to craft a winning resume which ultimately leads to an invite for final placements. Resumes of students are more tangible in nature because of the end number of projects they undertake, sector centric certifications. Participation in various cell activities. Display of an array of management skills. The resumes become meaty enough for the job roles they apply and are able to project a winning image.
Further a close industry-academia, interaction, helps us stay updated with the current requirement and act upon the same real time. A swift transition from offline to online and back to the blended form, an intensive C2C training program has been the pillar of success for our students. Students immensely benefit from Alum talks and Guest Speaker series across domains.
Speaking of placements, it was a stellar placement season 2022 with 98% of the batch placed with Star & A category brands.
This season saw around 30% increase in the number of star brands, a 40% increase in overall recruiters this season and a 50% increase in the number of PPO this season.
We successfully managed to get well-diversified sector participation this season right from FMCG to Real Estate, from Retail to Media, from Data Analytics to Investment Banking, lapping up the batch with multiple offers.
