Delhi University (DU) released a tentative schedule for merit-based admission to different undergraduate courses. According to the released schedule, the Delhi University UG Admission 2020 registration portal will open from June 8 (10 am). Candidates aspiring to take admission to undergraduate programmes available at Delhi University must know that the last date to apply for DU Admission 2020 is June 30 (5 pm).
The University of Delhi also announced that admission against the first cut off will be given from August 11 (10 am) to August 14 (4 pm). Admission against second, third, fourth and fifth cut off lists will be conducted according to the schedule given below-

The university also confirmed that in case vacant seats are left, cut off against vacant seats will be announced later. However, the released schedule of DU Admission 2020 is tentative and it completely depends on the declaration of CBSE Class 12 result 2020. According to the revised CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2020, the pending CBSE 12th board exams 2020 will be conducted from July 1, 2020, to July 15, 2020.
The postponement of CBSE 12th Board Exams 2020 due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus followed by the imposition of the nationwide lockdown in order to contain the virus adversely affected the DU Admissions 2020 schedule. The University also made this clear that it can modify the schedule keeping in view the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
