Choosing This Course

My seeking of the BBA course at SVIM began when I was in Class 11; this is when I started looking into different courses. I was attracted to Business Management because of my interest in how organizations work and my wish to be in a position of control one day. However, in Class 12, I attended some career-oriented counselling and had conversations with some professionals in the field. This made me even more determined to study BBA. I looked around for some BBA colleges and universities and checked the syllabus, faculty, the physical structure, and the employment records. Once all these factors were put into consideration, it dawned on me that I had to apply for SVIM, and as luck would have it, I was invited to join the college. As far as my education is concerned, I have always been lucky to have family, teachers and mentors who have drawn my attention to the essentials and supported me all the way, for which I am forever thankful.

Devotion to BBA

BBA is a course that I am very passionate about. It has offered me insights into Business Management principles, practices, as well as theories in a rounded manner. The projects, case studies, and field work orientation of the program enabled me to acquire necessary skills such as critical analysis and thinking, problem-solving, and even working as part of a team with ease. In addition to that, this course has also aroused an interest for entrepreneurship, and starting a business after university is also under consideration. I have intrigued myself, especially with Marketing and Finance which I have already come to appreciate the trends and practices within those industries. Working on several projects and assignments allowed me to explore theoretical issues and their relevance in practical situations, aiding in my grasp of the topic.

Cracking my College Admission

Admission to SVIM was achieved after a series of challenges including a written entrance test as well as a personal interview. I managed to prepare for the entrance test by attending coaching classes and practicing some sample papers.
