The financial sector is a diverse one and has fascinating career fields. As businesses, non-profit organisations, and government agencies grow, the need for experienced financial professionals also increases. However, many people are not aware of the utility of finance specialisation that has a wider scope in the current changing scenario.

- Financial Analyst- A financial analyst often works for an investment bank or asset manager. The type of job responsibilities held by financial analyst generally focuses on SWOT analysis of external companies. This includes examining financial and non-financial information, micro and macro-economic data and evaluation of the financial position of the company
- Financial Consultant- Corporations are provided with internally focused financial advice by financial consultants. A financial consultant provides guidance and helps a business to increase shareholder value and improve capital efficiency. The job responsibilities include advice during merger and acquisition or design a compensation strategy for company executives
- Business Analyst- Business Analysts carry out market analyses dealing with product lines and the overall profitability of the business. The job description includes financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, planning & monitoring and reporting to stakeholders
- Investment Banking Analyst- It is a different kind of job profile demanding in India and abroad with attractive compensation. Investment banking analyst is responsible for the use of models and predicts forecast in support of senior partners for venture capital deals, stock valuations, or other institutional decisions
- Finance Manager- Finance managers plan and manage the financial activities of the business. They provide aid to top executives in dealing with financial matters and proper utilisation of funds
- Personal Financial Advisor- The role of the personal financial advisor is to provide financial advice in the context of investment alternatives, retirement and insurance plans and many more
