MP BE Counselling Dates 2025: Check Round Wise Schedule Here

Candidates seeking admission to BTech courses in engineering institutes in Madhya Pradesh have to apply through the MP BE 2025 counselling. Eligible candidates will be selected for admission through JEE Main 2025 scores. The authority will prepare a merit list of all the applicants based on the JEE results. The seat allotment result will be declared after choice filling and locking. The counselling is a centralised process conducted in two rounds. Check MP BE 2025 important events given below:

The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) starts MP BE 2025 counselling registration process online on the official website. To participate in the MP BE counselling 2025 rounds, candidates have to register online and fill in their choices. The admission process is based on JEE Main, and eligible candidates must fill out the MP BE 2025 application form with their JEE Main 2025 roll number on the official website. The MP BE 2025 application process involves registering details, verifying all the details, and allotment of registration and e-verification slips.

The MP BE Counselling 2025 seat allotment process requires all eligible candidates to provide their preferred college and course choices. This must be done online, in order of preference. Candidates will be allocated based on the availability of seats in the desired institute, as well as their rank in the MP BE counselling merit list. It is important to note that candidates must lock in their choices before the specified deadline, as modifications will not be allowed after the final locking.

The Department of Technical Education (DoTE) uses the JEE Main scores of registered candidates to prepare a merit list for MP BE counselling. The merit list is based on the marks obtained in the JEE Main exam and is published on the official website in PDF format. Those candidates whose names appear in the merit list must download the seat allotment letter and report to the allotted institute as per the admission schedule.

In the first phase of MP BE counselling, candidates who are interested in upgrading must provide their online upgrade option. Upgradation is a process where the candidates will have the opportunity to be allotted a higher priority institution/course from among the institutions/courses they have selected. If the candidate is allotted an institution/branch and is willing to opt for upgradation, then they will have to pay an additional partial tuition fee and portal fee according to the upgrade. Non-payment of fees will result in the cancellation of upgradation. When a candidate submits their option for upgradation online, their previous allotment will automatically be cancelled, and they will have to obtain a new allotment letter. If the candidate is satisfied with the allotment, they must report to the newly allotted institution by the last date shown in the allotment printout and obtain the status. If the candidate does not take admission, they will be out of this stage.
