To save the time of students’, CBSE 12th Accounts answer sheets would come printed with tables for accounts & journals. Read more below

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has shared an important update regarding the CBSE 12th Accountancy Exam 2021. According to media reports, the board would be sharing answer sheets with printed formats for journal and accounts’ entry. The move aims to reduce the time spent by students on drawing such tables.

In the notice shared with schools, the board has also shared the sample of the said formats. The images of the same are provided below. The answer sheets would have a total of eight tables of journal and eight tables of accounts in the answer sheet. Table A would be printed from Page no. 17 to 24 of the answer sheet while Table B would be printed from Pages 25 to 32.

Students would be required to write the number of the question on the left side of the table, much like the question number is written. The Board has advised the teachers and schools to inform the students regarding the same. All students preparing for CBSE 12th Accountancy exam are advised to practice on similar formats for the upcoming board examinations.

CBSE 12th board exams 2021 would be conducted between May 4 and June 11, 2021. The Class 12 Accounts exam is scheduled for May 17, Monday. The paper would be of 80 marks. 20 marks are for Practical Exam and Project work, which would be conducted by External Examiner but at the student’s school.
