The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the results for the students who applied under the ‘improvement category’ on July 22, 2020. CBSE declared the CBSE 12^th Results 2020 on July 13. However, now, CBSE declared the CBSE 12^th Results for the “improvement category students” who appeared for the CBSE 12^th Board Exams 2020 for the papers that were conducted earlier. Students waiting for the CBSE 12^th Improvement Category Results 2020 must know that the Board published the results on its official result portals.

• Go to the official result portal of CBSE
• Click on ‘Senior Secondary Result (Class XII) 2020’) 2020 link.
• Enter roll number, school number, centre number and admit card number as mentioned on CBSE 12^thAdmit Card.
• Click on the ‘Submit’ button.

How to get CBSE 12th Mark Sheet 2020 from DigiLocker?

The improvement category students who appeared for the CBSE 12^th Board Exams 2020 can download their digital marksheet from DigiLocker following the steps mentioned below, once CBSE Results 2020 is announced.

• Visit the official site of DigiLocker-digilocker.gov.in or download the app on your smartphones. (Please note, the app is not mandatory. Students may also download their CBSE mark sheet from the online portal digilocker.gov.in).
• Use the mobile number registered with the CBSE Board to login.
• An OTP would be sent to you – use that to login to your DigiLocker account.
• Please note- You must use the mobile number that you gave at the time of filling the CBSE application form. Students may even access their DigiLocker account by registering through their Aadhar Card number – which was provided.
• After entering the OTP, the system would prompt the students for a security pin. Use the last six digits of CBSE Roll number as mentioned on CBSE 12^thAdmit Card 2020 as the security pin.
• Once logged in, students can check and download their CBSE Digital Mark Sheet from a list of documents on the dashboard itself.

CBSE 12^th Verification and Re-evaluation: Important points to remember

CBSE 12^th improvement category students must note that they can apply for re-evaluation, re-checking and verification of marks. Students can also apply for obtaining a photocopy of the evaluated marksheet. In order to avail the facility, students must remember the following important points:

• Board will not accept any application after the given schedule.
• Applications can ONLY be submitted via online mode.
• Students need to deposit the processing charges or fees ONLY via online modes such as credit card, debit card or net banking. No fees will not be accepted in offline mode.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Only one application per student, for each step, will be accepted. 
• Students must decide in advance whether he/she wants to apply for one subject or multiple subjects.
• Decrease even by one mark will be affected.
• In cases of change in marks (increase or decrease), CBSE will provide a new marksheet. The student must surrender the marksheet given earlier to complete the process.
• The result after verification and re-evaluation will be final and no appeal or review against re-evaluation would be entertained.
• Processing charges or fees are non-refundable.
