Maharashtra Board declared the Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 today. Read further to know pass percentage, topper names, ranks and more. 

Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 DECLARED! Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or MSBSHSE announced the Maharashtra SSC 2020 results today i.e. July 29, at 11 am. However, according to the statement released by the state education minister, Varsha Gaikwad, the board made the Class 10 results available to check online at 1 pm. Students who appeared for Maharashtra SSC board exams must keep their Maharashtra SSC Admit Card 2020 handy while checking their 10th board results. While the Maharashtra Board SSC Results 2020 is published on its official website, students who don’t have access to the internet must not worry. The facility to check Maharashtra Board SSC Results 2020 via third-party websites and DigiLocker is also available. While the MSBSHSE Board published the Maharashtra 10th Board Results on its official website, i.e. mahresult.nic.in, students can also check the results at mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in, examresults.net/maharashtra and maharashtra.indiaresults.com. Students not satisfied with their results can apply online at 'verification.mh-ssc.ac.in' for re-counting of scores between July 30 and August 8.

Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 Key Highlights

  • Mah SSC Results 2020 witnessed an overall percentage of 95.30%
  • Konkan region recorded the best performance in the SSC results declared today with 98.77%
  • Girls outperformed boys with 96.91% pass percentage. The pass percentage of boys recorded at 93.90%
  • About 83,262 students scored more than 90% this year in Maharashtra SSC exams
  • Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 recorded a whopping increase in the number of students scoring 100% marks. A total of 242 students across the state scored 100% in the 10th board exam
  • Last year, there were only 20 students who scored 100%
  • According to the Maharashtra Board Chairman Shakuntala Kale, the increase in pass percentage is due to the reintroduction of orals, internals and activity-based questions
  • Out of the total 15,84,264 students who registered for the SSC board exams, 15,75,103 appeared
  • 15,01,105 students qualified this year
  • The Board will not release any merit list this year

  • First Division: 5,39,373 
  • Second Division: 5,50,809 
  • Third Division - 3,30,588

How to check Maharashtra SSC Result 2020 online?

Students who appeared for the Maharashtra SSC Board Exams 2020 can check their Maharashtra 10th Results 2020 following the steps mentioned below:

  • Visit Maharashtra Board's official website, i.e. mahresult.nic.in
  • Navigate and click on the link that reads, ‘Maharashtra SSC result 2020’
  • A new page with input fields will open
  • In the appropriate fields, enter roll number and mother’s name 
  • Verify the details and click on ‘Submit’
  • Maharashtra SSC Results for the entered credentials will open
  • For future reference, take a printout or screenshot of the same 

NOTE: The Maharashtra SSC Result 2020 available online is for informational purposes only. Students are advised to collect the original Maharashtra SSC Result 2020 mark sheet and passing certificate from their respective school office.

How to download Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 Marksheet/ Passing Certificate from DigiLocker?

To access Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 Marksheet along with a migration certificate on DigiLocker, students must have a DigiLocker Account. Download the DigiLocker App and sign up using the required details to generate login ID and Password.

Students can follow the steps mentioned below to access Maharashtra SSC Marksheet and passing certificates:

  • Login to the DigiLocker App using Username and Password
  • Go to the ‘Profile’ page and Sync Aadhar Number (No need to sync again if the DigiLocker Account is already created using Aadhar Number)
  • Click on ‘Pull Partner Documents’ button 
  • Two drop-down menu will appear on a new page
  • Select ‘Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education’, in the first dropdown, 
  • In the next drop-down, select Marksheet, i.e. SSC Marksheet/ Migration or Passing, etc
  • A new webpage will open
  • Enter the required details such as Year of Passing and Roll Number as mentioned on Maharashtra SSC Admit Card
  • After clicking on ‘Get Document’ Maharashtra SSC Digital Marksheet/ Certificate will be downloaded
  • Click on 'Save to Locker’s button' to save these documents in the DigiLocker account
