The UP Board Intermediate exams have been cancelled for the current academic year.

UP Board Intermediate exam cancelled: The UP Board Class 12 examinations 2021 have been cancelled on June 3, 2021, amid the second wave of COVID-19. The same was announced by Deputy CM and state Education Minister Dinesh Sharma to the media. He had stated earlier that the decision would be taken only in the second week of July. But the decision has finally come in the interest of students.
The UP Board Class 12th students will be evaluated based on their performance in Classes 10 and 11.

UPMSP had earlier stated that all the necessary arrangements have been made for the conduct of examinations. Moreover, they also said that the question papers have been prepared and the examinations will be conducted in the second week of July.

Meanwhile, on June 1, the CBSE Class 12 exams were cancelled by PM Modi due to COVID-19 in the safety and interest of students.

According to the released UP Board 12th Time Table, the Class 12 examinations for UP Board 12th were to begin from May 8 and continue until May 28, 2021, after they were rescheduled because of the panchayat elections. The exams were then postponed later on due to COVID-19. But, finally, they have now been cancelled.
