{Source: B.J.M.C. students & alumni}

Based on the feedback from students and alumni, here's what stands out:

Positive aspects:

* Excellent faculty: Professors are well-qualified, experienced, and supportive, with many having PhDs from reputed institutions.
* Relevant curriculum: Course material covers essential topics in journalism, mass communication, and media studies, preparing students for the industry.
* Good placement record: Many students have secured placements in reputed organizations, with salaries ranging from INR20,000 to INR30,000.
* Well-maintained infrastructure: Air-conditioned classrooms, state-of-the-art labs, and facilities for video, audio, and photography production.
* Active placement and counseling committee: Helps students find internships and job opportunities.

Negative aspects:

* Limited availability of internship opportunities: Not all students get internships, and those who do might face challenges finding suitable positions.
* Placement figures not consistently high: While many students get placed, the figure isn't uniform across batches.
* Food quality inconsistent: Student reviews suggest varying quality of food in the canteen.
* Sports facilities limited: While there are some sports facilities, they aren't extensive.

Conclusion: Based on student feedback, VIPS' B.J.M.C. programme seems to offer a solid foundation in journalism and mass communication, with a good placement record and supportive faculty. However, there may be limitations in internship opportunities and inconsistent food quality. Ultimately, investing in this programme depends on individual priorities and goals.
