Q:   Does VIPS Delhi offer better placements than Jamia Millia Islamia kidwaiMCRC?

A:

From my point of view the Jamia Milia Islamic kidwaiMCRC has more placement than VIPS Delhi. The latest information on there respective website also tell the same. The main reason of great placement in Jamia Milia is there alumni network. The network is soo strong in there college that help them to have great placement every year. The environment is quite disturbing but you really stay focused and have a great state of mind, then you will have a great college life here. The facilities are good here but the environment in the college is the main Issue you will face.

One of the best colleges in India.
Placements: Placement at Jamia Millia Islamia is very good. At least 90% of students are placed in my course last year. The highest salary package I know of was 85 LPA, and the average salary package was around 10 LPA - 15 LPA. Mostly, HCL and Infosys visit Jamia Millia Islamia for recruitment.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in our course department are very good. Wi-Fi is available throughout the university, and the labs are well-equipped with good furniture and machines. Classrooms are very clean, with fresh paint and a well-maintained structure. The library is excellent, and there are many libraries available at JMI.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality at Jamia Millia Islamia is excellent. All teachers are very good and easy to understand. The main thing is they are approachable. This semester's exams are difficult, but they are challenging only for those who don't study in class.
Other: I chose this course because it is one of the best courses available at the university. In my opinion, improvements can be made in areas such as campus events, ground connectivity, campus surroundings, and scholarships. Extracurricular activities are available at Jamia Millia Islamia and are good.

I am not satisfied because of its faculty members.
Placements: Around 60-65% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 1 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was Rs 15,000. The average salary package offered is Rs 40,000. The top recruiting company was the UK. Around 60-65% of students get internships from our course, and all private hospitals, academic, and clinical fields were provided.
Infrastructure: In this college, Wi-Fi was not good. The course was good and also the library was good. The hostel facilities were also good. The food was good, and the game was best. All facilities were best in this college.
Faculty: Some teachers were helpful, quality of education was not good. The semester exams were tough, and the pass percentage was 50%.
Other: I opted for this course, because of no option in MBBS, and also physio called as a doctor in this course. I would like to improve the clinical facility for the patient and also students would not find difficulty in finding hospitals for internships. Events and fests were good in this college.

One must try to crack the entrance exam to join the college.
Placements: As it is a professional course, the placement rate is not much high, but they make us confident to be able to give an audition anywhere. It is a one-year course, so we haven't got any opportunity to meet any of our seniors, but we have heard from our teachers that production houses like Sony, visit Jamia, every year. But, they pick only three or four people from the whole mass communication department as per their requirement. The selection is done depending on the confidence and capability of the students. We are involved in our classes, where practical learning is preferred over theoretical. We don't go for any internship because we spend all the time in research, reading and developing ourselves in the particular field. I think it is a very useful course for an acting aspirant because 20 candidates will be selected from all over India, out of which half of them are from minority category. It is an amazing opportunity to build your career.
Infrastructure: The college provides free Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms are like theatres, so the infrastructure always motivates us to perform well. We do the practicals almost equivalent to NSD, which is the best part of this course. The only thing is, you should be enthusiastic to learn a new thing every day. The campus has many canteens, and you will get all types of food. I am not a hosteler, so I can't say about the hostel in detail, but I heard that it is comfortable for Islamic students. The infrastructure of our college is unique, and it always inspired us to do different things.
Faculty: The teachers are professionals in the field they teach. They are very helpful. They are not only qualified but also have a lot of experience in their field. Teaching methods are very simple, that is why it is easy to grab things easily. They teach the things theoretically and also practically. The attendance of every student is always above 90% because no one wants to miss something adventurous, exciting or new. I think we will get industry exposure in future. The course curriculum is tremendously useful because it motivates us to learn and make us understand the concepts.
Other: As the duration of the course is short, we have to involve much in the course. The college conducts events, but we are not much into that.

It is the best university in India.
Placements: Our college has a good placement record. Some top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, HCL, Tech Mahinda, Birla, Reliance, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Samsung, and Amazon. All students got placed in various government and non-government organisations.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-developed. It provides a variety of facilities for students. The main campus is located in Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. It has several buildings including academic blocks, a library, hostels, canteens, and a sports complex.
Faculty: Our college has highly qualified and experienced faculty members. It has full-time and visiting professors. It has several departments and faculty members including the faculty of engineering and technology, the faculty of humanities and languages, and the faculty of education.
Other: I would recommend joining this univeristy.

AJK, absolutely a good Campus
Placements: More than 80% of students were placed in my course. The average package offered was 18k per month, the highest package was 30k plus and the minimum package was 15k per month.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms and Wi-Fi connections are available for students. The hostel and its floor are pretty good. The mess is nice and the cuisine of the paneer dish is awesome there. And also the sports facilities are good as well. The playground area is very huge to play anything there and it's actually great fun playing there.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and their teaching quality is great. Exams are difficult but if you study hard enough then nothing is difficult. Also, there is strict invigilation due to which nobody gets to cheat in the exams and also there are cameras everywhere. And if I talk about the behaviour of teachers and all guards, they are all nice and they also conduct the no-ragging campaign on a big scale.
