Review of Acharya Bangalore Business School.

Placements: Placements at our college are excellent for MBA and PGDM students but for science students, they are quite limited. In our course, most of the students study further and don't work. Internships are great for science students who are in their final year as teachers send them personally to well-known places.

Do not choose this college if you are actually serious about your career.

Placements: This course does not have adequate placement support, and there are little to no job opportunities available for this course and industry. We are ultimately forced to take up non-core jobs to build a career. There is a dedicated placement department in the college, which mostly caters to MBA and BBA departments.

I am really satisfied, who want to develop their communication skills can come here.

Placements: Currently, my batch strength was 110, this is the highest strength in Abbs college history. Now coming to placements, here no placements are there in this college good for MBA and PGDM. Coming to studies, labs, cafeteria and library are also good. BBA and B.Com and B.A. and M.Com. are also available here.

Absolutely dissatisfied with Department of Arts and humanities.

Placements: There's no placements for Department of Arts and humanities .The quality of placement of our college is good and reliable. Percentage of students placed every year is near 70%. The average salary package is near 6 Lacs per annum Our college have a placement cell where different placement are available. This if for other courses not for B.A.

Faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable.

Placements: There are many opportunities for students studying for BCA in college. Many placements are given by the college. The highest salary package offered in our course is 6 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, and Flipkart are some of the major companies that offer jobs for graduates.

Infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: Almost 70% of the students got jobs, and the highest salary package offered is 4 LPA for UG. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCS, Byju's and many other companies. Students got internships from Green Lake, and many other companies are offering internships to students. The top role offered is in sales and marketing.

Placements are very bad for under graduation.

Placements: There were no companies for under graduation courses. If any students get placed, then it is mostly because of their own efforts. We did not get any internships as well. Procedure for registering for placements was not communicated clearly to the students.

It is a good college for marketing students.

Placements: Placements in our college are average, and there are some good placements opportunities. The average salary package offered for ABBS student is around 5 LPA, and the highest salary package last year was 12 LPA. For the marketing students, there are ample of opportunities. The college also provides a training programme for CFC. If you want to pursue marketing as your core, then ABBS is a good option, and if you want to do your MBA in finance or HR, then you should opt for another college.

Strongly satisfied by the type of support we get in college, but ignore if you try anything new.

Placements: As per my knowledge, the students got what they wanted. So even, I am confident that as they got accordingly to their need, so even I will get the same. All the top companies will surely visit the campus, but it will not select the students as one needs to be perfect, to get into these companies.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: College placements are average. But almost all companies are coming to pick the students for marketing jobs. Like real estate companies and some banks also. They are not providing any placements in financial jobs. The companies that come include Prop tiger, Indiabulls, IndusInd bank etc. And they are conducting some off-campus placements also.

Absolutely not satisfied with the faculty, and placements are irrelevant.

Placements: When it comes to placements, most of them got placed in positions irrelevant to their course, with a maximum INR 7.22 LPA and a minimum INR 3.4 LPA. One more thing: when it comes to relevant placements, only four of them got selected for Manipal Hospital for front-end development this year.

I am not satisfied because the placements are not good.

Placements: The placement department is very poor in this college. College didn't provide good company opportunities to students. All the top recruitment companies are from a sales background. They are providing good salaries but doesn't provide good opportunities to the employee.
