ABES Engineering College is worth it.
Placements: Placement in ABES Engineering College is good. They are always there for students' placement. They help them to get hired by any companies. In our college, many companies Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, and other big companies visit for placement interviews. So I like our college very much and recommend to all.
Infrastructure: They provide very good facilities in our college like every room has a Wi-Fi connection and the connection is very good. Food in hostel mess is good. Hostel rooms are also big and spacious and our college provides lab and workshops for courses.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very responsive and always ready to help. If we want to discuss anything about any subject or topic or want to study extra, we can ask them for extra time after college, and they surely help us. Semester exams are not always very difficult, it depends on how we plan our studies, and the teachers always help us with that.
Other: I chose this college for better course studies and better placement and I'm sure that I'll get that. Beyond studies, they always conduct sports or occasional events. We have clubs in which they organise different events, Diwali festival, and new year fest so I like that very much.

Overall, I have a positive experience.
Placements: ABES Engineering College is concluding its placement drive for 2023. The highest salary package offered during placements in 2023 was INR 50 LPA. A total of 1,984 offers were made, and 1,182 students were placed during ABES Engineering College placements in 2023. Further, a total of 355 companies were visited. Around 93% of placement rate was recorded during placements in 2023. A total of 97 Super Dream offers above INR 10 LPA and 204 Dream offers between INR 7.0 LPA and INR 9.99 LPA were received during placements in 2023.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious and well-equipped with projectors and modern teaching aids. The campus also includes sports facilities, a gym, a cafeteria, and various student activity spaces. Wi-Fi is available on the campus. Library provides access to a vast collection of books and journals.
Faculty: The academic curriculum is thorough, and professors are generally knowledgeable and approachable. The course content is updated regularly to meet industry standards. Although, I feel that there could have been more practical exposure or hands-on training. Some professors go above and beyond in providing real-world examples, while others might be more theoretical in their approach.
Other: Some courses might benefit from more internships, live projects, or workshops that focus on practical, real-world applications of theoretical knowledge. While there is adequate support, more personalized guidance for students facing academic challenges could be improved.

Good Faculty, Avg. Placement opportunities, and Infrastructure with Strict Attendance Policies.
Placements: I am a student of the 2020-2024 batch in the Computer Science branch (CSE). In the CSE branch, out of 217 students, only 61 have been placed in the 2024 final year batch till February 13th. The highest package in my college was 48 LPA in Microsoft (off-campus). Many other companies such as Virsa Technology (7 LPA), Infosys (4 LPA), Tech Mahindra (4.2 LPA), TCS by CodeVital, etc., have also visited for recruitment.
In my CSE branch, only 10% of students got internships in the 4th year in startups and small web development companies. Currently, in the 8th semester, most of the companies visiting are in the sales domain because tech companies visited in the 7th semester, and they offer roles in sales and marketing.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and cleanliness in the college is also maintained well. The campus size is average. I am a day scholar, so I don't have any idea about the hostel facilities. There are only two canteens in the entire college, and medical facilities are also good. Sports competitions are organized in my college regularly.
Faculty: The teaching environment is good, and the teachers possess good knowledge and experience. However, no training courses are provided to make students industry-ready; the primary focus is on maintaining a strict attendance of 75%. In cases where a student fails to achieve 75% attendance, they are disqualified from the Pre-University Exam (PUE). Internal marking is significantly affected by attendance, as witnessed by classmates who received only 12 marks out of 50 marks due to low attendance. Last year, 12 students in the CSE branch faced backlogs in their results because of insufficient internal marks.
Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about coding, mathematics, and logical reasoning. After joining this course, my interpersonal skills developed, as well as my communication skills, because all students come from a good education background. As for my event and fest experience, it was not good because I joined college in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. They organized a fest and charged 2000 rupees per student for those who wanted to join. Scholarships are available only for those students who come through UPTU and JEE exams via counseling.

My college experience and my life in this college.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students were placed in B.Tech computer science and engineering. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.4 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.88 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Amazon, Wipro, etc. Around 90% of students got internships in my course. Top roles offered in teaching and development and resources.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my course includes classrooms, library, laboratories, and computer lab. Classrooms are good and comfortable as they provide a place for students to learn. Laboratories provide hands-on experience to students. All the resources are available in laboratories. Library allows students to spend their time on studies and privacy.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and have knowledge about their subjects. The quality of teaching is very good. They help us to understand our course. This course is relevant and helpful to make students industry-ready. The passing percentage is about 80%, and it has average difficulty level.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a software engineer. Best thing I like is that I will have a chance to learn AI and coding to make my own software.

Review of ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
Placements: Placements of CSE branch in ABES engineering is above 80%. The highest salary package offered is around 80 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is about 4.5 LPA. Top on-campus recruiting companies are Wipro, Cognizant, Cisco, Maq Software, Accenture, etc.
Infrastructure: ABES has very good infrastructure. Campus is not so big but maintained beautifully. There is a lot of greenery on campus. There are two canteens in this college. They are very spacious and have a good quality of meal at reasonable price. There is Wi-Fi facility on campus. Hostel also has good facilities. There is a night canteen in the hostel and there is Wi-Fi in hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive in our college. They are very cooperative and highly qualified. They have good industry exposure. ABES is under AKTU University, and follows very old curriculum. But extra cirruculum college is training students to industry ready. There are three internals that take place within college.

It is not a good college, don't take admission here.
Placements: On-campus placement is very low. Approximately 70% of the students get placed. The approximate package of the college is 3 LPA, which is very low. Both core and software companies come to the college but the placement rate is very low. Fees are very high .
Infrastructure: AC facilities are available in every classroom but AC works for a very short period of time, like 3–4 hours only. In the teachers cabins, AC works but in the classrooms, they don't work at all. Light in the classrooms is okay but there is also a lot of heat in the classrooms .
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive but facts tell us we are in a school. They call our parents too regarding attendance and they call them regarding our marks obtained in the sessional tests and in the class tests too. Coming late to college will also lead you to call your parents .
