The placements for mechanical and civil students are difficult because very few companies visited our campus for the placements of mechanical and civil branches.

Just good with this college; not very happy not sad.Placements are fine, and college life is fine.
Placements: Nearly 1000 students enrolled in my course this year. The highest package is around 84 Lacs, the lowest is 3 Lacs, and the average is around 4 to 4.5 Lacs. Amazon, Accenture, Google, TCS, and many more come to visit our college. As I am in the first year, I got to know that a lot of students got good internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good in comparison to others, and everything is available and in good working condition. Everything is good in the hostel too, just a bit expensive for middle-class families. Medical facilities are good. Sports facilities are very good and always open 24 hours. Sports fests are also frequent. The scope for basketball, cricket, tennis, and volleyball is very good.
Faculty: The faculty is very cooperative and of a kind nature, which is very exceptional. They guide very smoothly and help whenever needed. Our college follows the AKTU curriculum, which is relevant only to a certain context. Semester exams are fine, not very tough. We have enough time to enjoy, study, and play in the first year, but as time passes, more projects come, and we have to learn how to manage time.
Other: I chose this course because if I worked hard in this course, it would ensure a good job unless we mess up on our side. Yes, events are good, but they do not happen a lot. The campus is very small as I came from JNV, which is far bigger than my college.

The college is good and taking you for one step closer to your goal.
Placements: The placements could have been better. The average package for my branch was 7 lacs, and students could apply for campus placement starting in the 7th semester. Top recruiters included Wipro, TCS, and Microsoft. The highest package was 22 lacs and the average package was 7 lacs. Placement percentage was around 70%.
Infrastructure: ABES Engineering College has a good campus life. It has two main festivals, Deeputsav and New Year, and a gaming club that holds APL cricket tournaments every two months. Other games, such as kabaddi, are also played. The hostel facilities are good, with a good mess that serves food every day. However, the hostel wardens are not very good at communicating with the students, and the registration process is too difficult because we have to prepay for our room in advance.
Faculty: The teacher-to-student ratio is 1:75, and the ratio of girls to boys is 10:75. The curriculum is not good, and the college requires students to take a test every month that includes a lot of practical and assignment work. This keeps students busy and leaves little time for self-study, which is helpful for the final exam.
Other: ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad was ranked 201 by NIRF in the year 2019. The college is ranked B grade by NAAC. ABES college Ghaziabad is AICTE and UGC approved. The college does provide scholarships to its students. Scholarships provided for different courses are different.

Good Faculty, Avg. Placement opportunities, and Infrastructure with Strict Attendance Policies.
Placements: I am a student of the 2020-2024 batch in the Computer Science branch (CSE). In the CSE branch, out of 217 students, only 61 have been placed in the 2024 final year batch till February 13th. The highest package in my college was 48 LPA in Microsoft (off-campus). Many other companies such as Virsa Technology (7 LPA), Infosys (4 LPA), Tech Mahindra (4.2 LPA), TCS by CodeVital, etc., have also visited for recruitment. In my CSE branch, only 10% of students got internships in the 4th year in startups and small web development companies. Currently, in the 8th semester, most of the companies visiting are in the sales domain because tech companies visited in the 7th semester, and they offer roles in sales and marketing.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and cleanliness in the college is also maintained well. The campus size is average. I am a day scholar, so I don't have any idea about the hostel facilities. There are only two canteens in the entire college, and medical facilities are also good. Sports competitions are organized in my college regularly.
Faculty: The teaching environment is good, and the teachers possess good knowledge and experience. However, no training courses are provided to make students industry-ready; the primary focus is on maintaining a strict attendance of 75%. In cases where a student fails to achieve 75% attendance, they are disqualified from the Pre-University Exam (PUE). Internal marking is significantly affected by attendance, as witnessed by classmates who received only 12 marks out of 50 marks due to low attendance. Last year, 12 students in the CSE branch faced backlogs in their results because of insufficient internal marks.
Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about coding, mathematics, and logical reasoning. After joining this course, my interpersonal skills developed, as well as my communication skills, because all students come from a good education background. As for my event and fest experience, it was not good because I joined college in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. They organized a fest and charged 2000 rupees per student for those who wanted to join. Scholarships are available only for those students who come through UPTU and JEE exams via counseling.

Really good infrastructure and facilities for college, dissatisfied with faculty and exam pressure.
Placements: Around 80 to 90 percent of the students are placed, but most students get an average package of 5 Lacs or 4.5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, Tata, PhonePe, etc. The highest package is 40 Lacs on campus placement, and a very small percentage of students get internships and PPOs.
Infrastructure: The campus is very good; there is greenery all around the college. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and well-furnished. If we talk about the hostel, then the hostel is fully furnished with good infrastructure, but water is the major issue. Every student tells the water quality is not so good. There is a volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, and 2 badminton courts in the college hostel.
Faculty: The professors are helpful and a little bit friendly, but only if you follow their guidelines. Here, you will prepare according to the industry’s needs. The semester gets easier for you if you do all the work provided by the professors. They prepare you for the university exam from the start.
Other: I chose CSE because I think there is much more scope, and you can also prepare for competitive exams after completing your degree.

Review of ABES Engineering College.
Placements: My college is ranked in the top 5 of AKTU colleges. I am pursuing a B. Teach CSE; placement here is average. There are a lot of students in CSE, as it removed many branches and changed them to CSE this year, like 1200 students in CSE, so even though a lot of companies come here for placements, the competition will be tough, and the placement percentage might go down. The lowest package can go up to 0, and the highest package I know of was 60 LPA. The recruiters are basically TCS, CISCO, BYJU'S, and Amazon, and the common companies are not really top class like Google and all; the internship percentage is also good.
Infrastructure: Hostel is normal as well; it has many facilities but is not so good. It's just the fun in the hostel that everyone talks about. And the infrastructure of the college is beautiful; it's made very well. Even though it's in a very small place, there is a temple and some cafes inside.
Faculty: It follows the classic Aktu course. I am in my first year, and I hate that it teaches mechanical and chemistry to us. The semester is quite compact, i.e., we have to cover a huge syllabus in a short amount of time, but I think it's pretty normal in college life. We will learn computers in the second semester, and they are just giving us some basics in the first semester.
Other: There was an event for the first-year students of the hostel, which was really very good, with a DJ and a party and all, and the clubs are great. Currently, every club is hosting some events and competitions; it's great in that area. Not like IITs but great.

It is not a good college, don't take admission here.
Placements: On-campus placement is very low. Approximately 70% of the students get placed. The approximate package of the college is 3 LPA, which is very low. Both core and software companies come to the college but the placement rate is very low. Fees are very high .
Infrastructure: AC facilities are available in every classroom but AC works for a very short period of time, like 3–4 hours only. In the teachers cabins, AC works but in the classrooms, they don't work at all. Light in the classrooms is okay but there is also a lot of heat in the classrooms .
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive but facts tell us we are in a school. They call our parents too regarding attendance and they call them regarding our marks obtained in the sessional tests and in the class tests too. Coming late to college will also lead you to call your parents .
