I am satisfied with the college. Facilities in our department should be improved.

Placements: Up to 35% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary offered is Rs. 80,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs. 20,000 and above per month. Top recruiting company of our course is Biocon. Roles like a supervisor in manufacturing and research sector is offered to the students. Students who scored 6 CGPA and above got placed in Biozeen and Raghavendra Technologies Pvt Ltd.

I am dissatisfied only because of the placements in our college. Everything else is good and comfort

Placements: As per my knowledge for the course of aeronautical engineering, only 5 to 8 students are placed from the placements. The highest salary package offered is of 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. HAL is the top recruiting company of our college. The role offered is the manager of that respective branch. More than 70%of the students are getting internships from our course in HAL and NAL.

I'm satisfied with the college and the faculty.

Placements: Placements here are pretty good for the software branches while the placements for the core branches have to be improved. Core branches like mining, some cementing companies visit the college for placements. So the students from mining had to prepare for GATE since the competition in the branch is too low.

I am highly satisfied with the infrastructure and the library.

Placements: As I enquired our seniors about placements, I got to know that 60-70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 2 crores per annum and the lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Almost 70-80% of the students from aeronautical engineering branch got an internship in almost best companies.

Engineering in Acharya: Read this honest review before you join.

Placements: Our college has a placement department who are very helpful and always try to get as many companies on campus. But unfortunately many companies don't consider our college as an option only because it's far from central Bangalore this being outskirts. There is a 25% placement in our department where all the students are placed in IT companies like Infosys, Cognizant and TCS with an average salary of 4lpa. We cannot expect core related jobs on campus. The highest packages comes from companies like...

Great atmosphere and facilities to study. Huge campus. But large scope for improvement in Faculty.

Placements: Around 40% of students of Mechanical Engineering Department of Acharya Institute of Technology every year get placed. We get placements from both technical and non technical companies. Non technical companies like My Captain, Lido learning etc. To technical companies both from core like Voltas, Indigo etc. And non core companies like Infosys, Accenture etc. Are few of the major recruiters. The highest package so far has been 14lpa and the lowest 2.4 lps and average being around 5 lap which is co...

Placements: All the students who got passed in all the subjects got placed in companies. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys and TCS visit our college for placements. These are the mass recruiters who come to college. Placements are better in this college.

The average salary package offered is 12 LPA. Some mass recruiting companies also visit here and recruit many students. The average salary package offered is 2-3 LPA.

Satisfied with my choice of joining this college.

Placements: 80-85% of students are placed in my batch. Total number of final year students were around 145 and around 120+ students were placed. The maximum number of recruitments were made by infosys (around 70+ from computer Science). Apart from that around 20 companies have visited in 7th semester itself and many more yet to come in 8th semester. The highest package was 15 LPA and the lowest package offered was 3.2lpa. Placements: Computer Science is the best in this college according to placement statistics. MNCs like Musigma visits and recruits few students with average package of 7 to 12 lacs. Whereas some mass recruitment companies like TCS visits our campus every year with average package of 2 to 3 lacs.

My experience as a MCA student in Acharya Institute of Technology.

Placements: In MCA there is no good placements, only 20% people got placed from our batch. The teaching staff is good and talent. For Internship, faculty will help to get places in companies. The highest package got from our batch is 5.5 LPA. Most of the people got Software developer and database admin roles.

A good college to study and get knowledge.

Placements: There were very less student placed, don't know the exact percentage. The highest salary paid was 6.2 Lacs, and the lowest was 2.5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies were L&T, Infosys, TCS etc. There was no provision of compulsory internship, the students who wanted they got it from the college and outside.

The college provides good infrastructure and friendly faculty members.

Placements: The placement percentage for the mechanical engineer is quite low, but for computer science or information science engineering branches, the high percentage of students get placed. Last year nearly 90% of the students got placed in many top IT companies. The average salary package of 3.8 to 4.5 LPA and the highest salary package of about 11 LPA are offered.

Honest review about the college highlighting both positive and negative aspects.

Placements: For mechanical very few companies came for recruitment and that was a bit disappointing. The efforts put by the college for placement training was also not satisfactory when compared to other colleges. Almost everyone from our batch GOT internship and in reputed companies. For Infosys, only 3 from our course ( mechanical) GOT selected in first round and 2 GOT placed. More emphasis should be given to placement activities/training than just attendance.

Placements: I am Mubin Nagaralli student of Acharya Institute of Technology from the civil engineering branch and pass out in 2020. Placements are started now, and none of the students got placed until now from the civil branch. However, many students got placed from the IT branch. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. Satisfied with faculty members and worse placements in 2018, good infrastructure, etc.

Placements: The college does not provide internship to its student. We used to search for internship. If they provided internship, we had to pay the money to the companies to get a certificate of internship. Placements: the highest placement was 6 lac, the lowest- 2 lac and average was around 3.2 lac. Roles offered- software engineer and front end development.
