Placements: Decent college with decent placement record. Every year around 60% students got job through college campus. Top recruiters are LnT, ITDC etc. This year due to pandemic the job opportunities are low. The highest salary is 40 thousand per month and the lowest salary is 15 thousand per month. Big companies like L&T, ITDC, and MN Junction visited our college this year and offered placements. The highest salary offered is 40,000 per month. The lowest salary is 12,000 per month. Placements: Placements are always good in our college. Reputed companies like L&T and ITDC visit here every year and offer us jobs. Placements: In the past, A. P. C Roy Polytechnic had the best placement record among all of the polytechnic colleges in West Bengal. Taking admission into this institution was because of that record. But time goes, and things changed. During this pandemic situation, only 20% of the students got jobs from college placement. In the civil engineering department, ITD Cementation and L&T are the top recruiters. ITDC offered 2.82 LPA, and L&T offered a salary package of 2.1 LPA during the training period.

Placements: Placements of our college are better than any other polytechnic college in West Bengal. Due to covid, an impact has been generated on placements, but many students got jobs. Companies like L&T, Tata Power, ITC, Yazaki, KHC, ITD Cem, ACC, Paharpur Cooling Towers and Tata Steel visit the campus on a regular basis. Placements: In my opinion 70-80% of students placed in Diploma civil engineering. The average package offered in my course is 5-6k Under the government. The most common recruitment company in India is the biggest construction company L&T. There are some other companies, e. g ITDC, M Junction, Srijan Eco Pvt Ltd. Placements: Around 80% of students were placed in our course. This college was excellent in placements. As a former member of TP Cell, I am overwhelmed to tell that we have a range of good companies including ThoughtWorks, L&T Construction, Tata Power, Tata Steel, and many more companies. The average salary package offered was 6 LPA.

APC Roy Polytechnic is the number 1 government polytechnic college in West Bengal. In this hard situation, it provided placements to most of its students. Placements: Almost 90%of students are placed. The average salary package is Rs 20,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are Tata Power, L&T construction, Thoughtworks, ITC paper, Capgemini, etc. Around 20% of students in Tata Power, 9% of students in L&T construction, 8% of students in Thoughtworks. The top roles offered are trainee junior engineers.

Placements: We passed out in 2020. A lot of companies did not come, but until January, 5 or 6 companies came like ThoughtWorks, Capgemini, Amazon, Infosys, and one from Khidirpur Dock, which wasn't technical. Out of 52 students, 12 students got placed. About 4 students got placed in ThoughtWorks, which offered the highest salary of Rs. 50,000 per month. Others offered a salary of around Rs. 20,000-25,000 per month.
