JEXPO Exam Date 2025: Registration, Admit Card, Result, Counselling

West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development will soon release the JEXPO 2025 exam date online at the official website. Applicants can check the JEXPO exam date at scvtwb.in. JEXPO 2025 exam will be conducted in offline mode. It will be conducted for two hours and consisted of 100 questions, including 40 in Mathematics, 20 in English, 20 in Aptitude, 10 in Physics and 10 in Chemistry for admission of students to diploma courses in Engineering and Technology. 

Candidates who want to pursue Polytechnic in West Bengal need to fill the application form of JEXPO. The JEXPO application form will be available in an online mode only. Check below for the step-by-step registration process for JEXPO.

JEXPO registration: This is the first step where candidates have to click 'New Registration' and enter all the basic details required to register for JEXPO.

Enter personal information: Now, candidates have to fill out all their personal details and click on 'Save & Continue' to proceed.

Upload photograph & signature: Here, candidates need to upload the scanned images of the photo and signature with the given dimensions.

Academic details: Candidates also have to fill their educational qualification details of Class X including exam passed, board, subject appeared or appearing, etc.

Payment of Fee: After filling all the details correctly, candidates have to pay the application fee.

Printout of application form: After paying the fees, candidates have to take out the printout of the JEXPO application form. Candidates should print multiple copies of the complete application form, as it will be required at different stages of the admission process.

The candidate must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of West Bengal. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 35% in the Class 10th qualifying examination before applying for the entrance examination. Indian nationals are eligible to apply. The eligibility criteria comprise nationality, qualifying exam, and age limit. If any candidate fails to fulfil the JEXPO eligibility criteria, then his or her candidature will be cancelled at the time of admission. 

The JEXPO application process comprises registration, filling form, uploading documents, and payment of fee.The exam authority released the JEXPO application form online. The details provided by the candidates while filling the application form should be authentic because any alteration in the details could cause rejection of the JEXPO application form. As per the eligibility criteria, there is no upper age limit. But the candidate’s date of birth should not be after July 1, 2009, if they filled out the JEXPO application form in 2025. The exam authority releases the JEXPO eligibility criteria every year on the official website. Candidates who want to appear for the exam must check their JEXPO eligibility before filling out the online application form. The eligibility criteria comprise age limit, Nationality, education qualification, and others.

If a candidate forgets his or her login credentials, he or she has to click on the ‘Forgot Password’ tab, which will enable them to restore the password or generate a new password. The candidate's login details will be available at their registered email address. The JEXPO application form process comprises registration, filling form, uploading documents, and payment of the fee. Applicants are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the JEXPO application form. 

Candidates need to fill out the mandatory details while filling out the JEXPO application form, like the name of the candidate, email ID, mobile number, date of birth, address, contact number, category, etc. After completing the application procedures, candidates will get the registration number and password on their email ID and phone number. Also, the application must be attached with a scanned copy of a photograph, signature, and certificates.

Applicants can download the JEXPO admit card at scvtwb.in. Candidates are requried to enter their application number/Aadhar number and full name to download JEXPO admit card 2025. Applicants must note that JEXPO admit card will be available online only. 

The candidate will not get a duplicate copy of the JEXPO admit card at the exam centre. Therefore, it is advised that candidates keep their admit cards with them while going for the JEXPO exam. Also, read all the instructions carefully mentioned on the JEXPO admit card.

Candidates appearing for the exam can download the JEXPO admit card through application number/aadhar number and full name. On the exam day, candidates need to carry their admit card of JEXPO along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. The merit list for the JEXPO result comprises the names of all the qualified candidates shortlisted on the basis of their scores.
