B.E. in Biomedical Engineering - Batch of 2026
3.8

Above Average as placements are guaranteed, faculty is excellent with good infrastructure.
Placements: 100% placement. Since we are biomedical engineers, 80% got placed in a hospital; the rest went to various biomedical companies like GE Healthcare, etc. All students bagged internships at NIMHANS, GE Healthcare, Siemens, RR Medical College, Fortis, Apollo, etc. The lowest package offered was 2.5L for a biomedical technician; other roles like manager were up to 5L.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms, and every week, we are taken to the hospital (starting from the 5th semester), and the doctors and biomedical engineers explain how they use the equipment in real-time. Medical facilities are excellent because it is beside a hospital, but the food quality in the hostel is below average. Students constantly fall sick; sometimes, insects are found in the food, mainly in the girls' hostel. In the boys' hostel, the food is a little above average. Sports and games are supported, but there is no coach for anything; we have to do it ourselves. There is only one coach for the whole college.
Faculty: The teachers in our department all have Ph.D.s. They are qualified and very helpful, and their teaching is excellent. The curriculum is very relevant and makes students industry-ready. We have external training for a week every few months, where biomedical engineers come in with equipment to show us how to use and dismantle it. The semester exams are made incredibly easy because of our teachers. They give us the important questions and tell us exactly how to study and what to study. With a little hard work, you'll ace the exams.
Other: The only thing I don't enjoy at this college is the events. ACS is very bad at hosting events, whether it's a fest or the Chairman's Trophy. Other aspects are pretty good. Biomedical engineering is one of the best courses; it's a combination of engineering and healthcare, and it's the fastest-growing industry at the moment.

B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2024

Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure and good faculty support in the entire course.
Placements: In my batch, around 60% of students were placed from the department of computer science and engineering The lowest package offered was 2.7 LPA, while the highest went up to 6 LPA. The top recruiters were Codeyoung and Cognizant. Around 50% of students got internships during the final year .
Infrastructure: Good campus with a green environment around and very vast sections for sports and other physical activities, a good spacious classroom, and 3 canteens present on the campus. Hostel and mess are average but good support in sports and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: The teachers are very qualified and experienced in their particular teaching subject, with a good help in internals to the semester-end exams. Teachers help us a lot in our studies. Basically, the semester exam is from the VTU itself, which is the affiliated university, and 60–70% and above is a good score to pass.

Review of ACS College of Engineering.
Placements: To be honest, my seniors have told me that placement in this college is not that good. But it is very good for the aerospace and aeronautical branch. The highest package is 12 LPA. They won't guide us into internships. We all have to plan to do courses and internships outside of college.
Infrastructure: Labs are excellent with all software and availability. Classrooms are always cleaned and not much dusty. Wi-Fi is available, and we have to take the password from the service room. Library is huge and has no problem. Food quality is a bit low but can be adjusted. Canteen is good with healthy foods. Sports are often conducted, and the same goes for games.
Faculty: Teachers vary from branches. Few do personal targets, and few teach very well. We enjoy few classes. Yes, it does make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult to pass. The pass mark is 40 out of 100. The quality of teachers is not that bad but should not make them upset.
Other: I chose this course as the Internet of Things is a new course, and I was eager to learn about it. Crowd is not bad. Connectivity is good too. Scholarship is provided.

Good college for engineering in ECE courses according to my experience in Bangalore.
Placements: Around 5 people were placed through college placement. The highest was 8 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average was 3.5 LPA. LG Soft, Alten, Motherson, IBM, and many more recruited. No internship was provided by the college. Developer, Engineering Trainee, Marketing Engineering, etc., are the job roles offered.
Infrastructure: Good faculty and infrastructure are available for our course. College Wi-Fi is also available, along with labs, classrooms, and the library. Hostel facilities are very nice, and the quality of food is average in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities, sports, and games are also available.
Faculty: Helpful teaching staff and a relevant curriculum make the students industry-ready. The passing is 35 out of 100 in semester exams. 100 will be converted to 60, and for 60 marks, the passing is 21 minimum. The teaching staff is very knowledgeable about their engineering topics.
Other: Good infrastructure, and the best thing is the low fee structure. The thing to be developed is a Xerox shop near the college and hotels and a stationery shop. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus, surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities are all good.

Life at college was always good. Really good infrastructure and a well-maintained campus .
Placements: College placement is good. Yearly, nearly 50+ companies will come to interview the students, including Wipro, Infosys, etc. The average package is 350000 to 400000, and the highest package in my college is 1800000. The percentage of students who were placed in our course last year was 50%.
Infrastructure: The college facilities are very good and it is a Wi-Fi-enabled campus with a good atmosphere. The college includes a lab for each department. Mechanical, aerospace and aeronautical labs are under ground. Faculty members are good and friendly with students .
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. We rate them 8 out of 10. The college's working hours are 8.30 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday. Each 1st and 3rd Saturday of college is a holiday. From second year onwards, college will take an industrial visit every 3 months.
Other: I am still studying at the college as a 2nd-year student. Every year, the college will conduct festivals and events. Why I chose this course is because I am very interested in it.

For first year students, They have to attend college regularly. Missing one or two classes is okay but don't miss Labs. Make notes of class works. Revise notes every day because external exams are much tough to pass and to score you have to make good understanding in subjects.
