Aditya Degree College is a wonderful platform to transform the future with placements.

Placements: By the end of the academic year, the college administration ensures that every student is placed in some company. A maximum of 98% of students are placed; the highest package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, ILM, Korizo, and more. Over 75% of students secured internships, and the college offers the best internship programs. Sales Executive, Business Executive, Market Executive, and Customer Service Executive are some of the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is partially acceptable. The Wi-Fi connection, labs, and library are maintained with great care, but the physical infrastructure, such as washrooms and the overall appearance of the college, is just average. The corridors and classrooms are not cleaned properly.

Faculty: The teachers at our college are highly qualified and experienced. This course instills management and leadership skills in students, preparing them for the industry. Semester exams are conducted fairly and cover the overall syllabus. The pass percentage is half of the total.

Other: Bachelor of Business Administration is an excellent course that has enhanced and transformed me into a skilled individual. Introducing a technical syllabus would be appreciated if implemented. Three days a week are definitely joyful, with various activities.

Good placements but weak infrastructure and faculty issues.

Placements: Aditya Business School, Andhra Pradesh, Visakhapatnam has good placements. In fact, any Aditya college will have good placements. However, the salaries are usually minimal or for a start-up company. A few students might get good-salary jobs. Our branch is specifically for BBA students and provides three specializations: professional, digital marketing, and business analytics (started just in 2023).

Infrastructure: The campus is small and congested, and the poor ventilation makes it uncomfortable. There is a parking area in the cellar for two-wheelers and a small canteen, but they don't make up for the tight space and lack of comfort. There is a computer lab and a library, but they don't make up for the tight space and lack of comfort. They added some AC's in seminar halls but for the rest of the part there is no air flow. And also, phones are not allowed and must be submitted at the entrance.

Faculty: One of the most frustrating aspect is changing faculty. They just keep changing randomly, irrespective of the subject. The college promoted that all teachers have Ph.D.s, but in reality only one lecturer has a Ph.D. Exams and weekly tests are only focused in the first year. From the second year, nobody care. Apart from this, you also need to do certification courses for which you have to pay. Semester exams are moderate.

Other: I chose this college because I didn't want to spend a lot on my BBA degree, as I wanted to save money for my MBA. Also, this college offered a specialization in business analytics, which I was interested in. However, I wish the college had better infrastructure and more qualified faculty. If you're looking for a good BBA program, I recommend studying in a northern city like Mumbai or Delhi. Those cities have better campuses and more vibrant student life. But if your focus is on placements and you think you can adjust to any environment, then this college is the right place for you.

Placements: 120+ students were placed. The lowest package is 1.5 lacs per annum, the highest is 10 lacs per annum, and the average is 3-5 lacs per annum. Deloitte, TCS, L&T, Accenture, Amazon, etc., are the top recruiters. The number of students who got internships is more than 1000, as this college has been running for 9 years and is nearing its 10th year of successfully making students get jobs.

Infrastructure: A private college and no hostels are provided. The infrastructure was quite good, and a small canteen is there for individual purchases by students. No games are conducted, but there are some events every year according to your academic year to cheer up students and habituate for viva, as well as to make the students get rid of stage fright, etc.

Faculty: Wonderful teaching executed, and yes, it is for making the students face the business world and surf through it. A pass percentage of 30% makes it easy for a student to pass. Infrastructure was good enough to pass academic exams, placement guarantee percentage was high, and campus environment and surroundings were good enough for a student's well-being.

Other: To have a degree in business standards. It should be more practical than theoretical. You can see all the above-mentioned extracurricular activities, but the crowd is not that busy. The surroundings were clean and hygienic, as maintained for the sake of students.

It is the best college for campus placements.

Placements: Our batch is the best as we got placed in many companies this year. Around 99% of placements are on campus. Big industries like Tata, Infosys, Accenture, etc., are recruiting students for our college.

Infrastructure: Labs, libraries, and guest lectures are available on campus. There is a good vehicle parking place. Hostel facilities are not available on our campus but there are some nearby hostels not related to our campus that are bad.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very experienced, skilled, and supportive in everything like projects, events, campus hiring preparations, etc. Students can score good grades in exams. Exams conducted are very important because they have an impact on our main semester exams as they were added to the internal marks.

Other: Our college organises events every month and some industrial visits for students to learn many things. The best thing about our campus is education.

Our college provides excellent facilities and good placements.

Placements: More than 70% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 8.5 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA, and the average was 5.8 LPA. Top recruiters were Tech Mahindra, IBM, Dell, and Wipro. Over 80% of students got internships in Coal India Ltd, Hindustan Shipyard Limited, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provided excellent facilities like computer labs, group discussion rooms, and a library with Wi-Fi connectivity. The quality of the food was good. Homely food was available in the hostel. They used to clean the rooms every day and the washrooms every week. Medical checkups were provided. There was a sports field.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, friendly, and highly qualified with excellent knowledge. The teaching quality was very good. This course is very relevant and it surely makes students industry-ready. Semester exams were conducted by University of Andhra Pradesh. They were difficult. The pass percentage was 40%.

Other: I chose this course to learn about business ideas and qualities and to qualify for top companies. I wish the course would be more practical than just giving theoretical experience. Every year, there is a college event at the end of December. Scholarships are provided to students. There were extracurricular activities like guest lectures in colleges, tree plantations, blood donation camps, etc.
