Pros:

* Good faculty with a strong educational background
* Knowledgeable and cooperative teachers who help students clarify their doubts
* Relevant course curriculum with a focus on industry requirements
* Opportunities for extracurricular activities like NCC, NSS, and events
* Reasonable fee structure with availability of need-based scholarships

Cons:

* No internship opportunities provided by the college
* No Wi-Fi or lab facilities available
* Infrastructure is outdated and requires improvement (classrooms, library, canteen, etc.)
* Some teachers lack enthusiasm and dedication towards teaching
* Limited sports facilities and no gymnasium

Placement Statistics:

* Around 30-40% of students get placed in good reputed companies like Jio, Airtel, Amazon, and Flipkart
* Salary package ranges from INR4 LPA to INR5 LPA
* Top roles are offered in commerce and banking accounting

Overall Assessment:

Pursuing B.Com at Agra College might be suitable for students who prioritize a solid educational foundation over extra-curricular activities and career advancement opportunities. A:
{Source: LL.B. students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for LL.B. Courses at Agra College

Q:   Is LL.B. at Agra College a good choice?

A:
{Source: LL.B. students & alumni}

Based on the student reviews and experiences, here's what you can expect:

Pros:

* Highly qualified and experienced teaching faculty
* Good infrastructure, including a separate wing for the Law department with a library and moot court
* Friendly and supportive teachers who help students prepare for the real-world

* Access to a civil court for practical learning
* A huge campus with a peaceful environment

Cons:

* Limited career guidance and support from faculty members
* Exams are annual, which may put pressure on students
* Old buildings and lack of modern amenities, including Wi-Fi connectivity

Career prospects:
While the college doesn't provide direct placements, students can opt for internships in local lawyers' offices or law firms. Some students have reported getting placed in legal roles in companies, although the salaries vary. Career options include working as a legal advisor, lawyer, or judge.

Conclusion:
LL.B. at Agra College can be a good choice for students looking for a comprehensive education in law. While the college faces limitations in terms of placements and infrastructure, it offers a strong academic foundation, experienced faculty, and opportunities for practical learning. However, students must be prepared to seek internships and job opportunities independently, and be flexible about accepting different career paths.

Many job offers are there in college.
Placements: In the college, 80% of placements are on campus; the highest package offered in the B.Tech course is the lowest package in the B.Sc. course. 8 LPA is the highest package and 2.5 LPA is the lowest package in college. Many companies come to offer internship programs. TCS, HCl, Airtel, etc. are the top recruiters.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is old but good. Different departments of the college provide Wi-Fi facilities and the most important library on campus. The college has a hostel facility near the campus, which provides good facilities.
Faculty: In my college experience, I had highly qualified and full-time teaching faculty. The semester exams are dependent on the university; the level of the exam pattern is difficult. It depends on whether students are ready for an industry where teaching faculty provide full support for students.

The separate part of Agra college- faculty of law.
Placements: There are no internships or placements available for my course (BA. llb) from the campus/faculty. Finding a job or internship is up to you and your capability or sources. Faculty does not help with any new opportunities. You have to look out for your own selves when it comes to finding jobs.
Infrastructure: The hostel system is available for both boys and girls separately. The hostel is within walking distance from the campus. Both campus and hostel does not provide Wi-Fi facility. The campus has just a library and a moot court that is barely used. Library has no place for sitting area.
Faculty: The exam system here is done annually. There is no semester system in the college. A yearly exam is held and based on that we either get promoted or get stuck in the same year. Exams are OMR-based (optional questions). Teachers are good here but most of them don't take regular classes.
Other: First 2 years are purely based on B.A. and rest 3 for LL.B. or law. Moot court is made but not used so often.

Faculty members of our college are awesome and very supportive.
Placements: There are many types of placements in our college such as legal HR and legal advocate in the companies. You also work as a legal advocate in any company or any specific law firm. The companies offered an average salary package of more than 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is average here but is not bad. For students who want to study there, the environment of the hostel is appropriate to study and focus on the study. Hostel students were very supportive and coordinated with us.
Faculty: The pattern of exams conducted in our college is annual type. The exams are conducted in a descriptive way. The duration of the exam is 3 hours for 5 long questions. But in the final year, we have attended exams in multiple-choice question format. In our college, faculty members are awesome and very genuine. They coordinate with students and their problems. Seniors of our college are also very supportive and genuine.

Review of Agra College. Teachers in our college are helpful.
Placements: Agra College does not provide direct placement as private college provide because it is a government college. For law students, the college provides a very good facility, which is a civil court. The college is situated near faculty of law college so that students can start practice under any of lawyer.
Infrastructure: Buildings are old as it is a government college so we can't compare it with private and expensive colleges. But the college has its building and infrastructure. The college does not provide Wi-Fi facility, but we enjoy here. The college provides a well-maintained garden and water RO.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are really helpful. They share their life experience with you and make you ready for the real world. Sometimes they might be harsh to you, but sometimes they are very sweet. They all help you in studying at any time, and they also help you in your personal problems.

It has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I am from 2019-2021 batch. I am in the LL.B. course, and the college does not provide placements in this course. We have a choice to do an internship in our local lawyer or some law firms which are connected with the college for those who are not able to get internship outside. The minimum percentage to get an internship is 50%, and in the LL.M. course, you need to score 60%.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well developed. It provides huge halls and cool environment. The campus is huge and spread over in 3 parts. Department of law has a separate wing with separate library and moot court for practice. There is a huge ground for the games. Medical facilities are also available inside the campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and highly qualified. Their teaching quality is quite good. They are friendly, so the environment is too good. The course curriculum is too relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. They are supportive.

The cutoff for the general category is around 60%. The cutoff for the reserved categories is lower, around 50%. The cutoff for the 5-year LL.B. program is slightly higher than the cutoff for the 3-year LL.B. program.
