Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible since AIIMS Delhi offers a lot of courses apart from MBBS, such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.

However, if the ultimate objective is to crack AIIMS New Delhi for MBBS, a student has to go through the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. Looking at the last three years' cutoff, AIIMS Delhi NEET cutoff 2024 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) closed at 47 while in 2023, it closed at 57 and 55 in 2022. 

AIIMS Delhi provides a broad range of BSc, BSc (Hons) and PB BSc Nursing courses to students. The qualification required to pursue different BSc courses at AIIMS Delhi is as follows:
