The AIIMS BSc Paramedical notification for the upcoming session will be released in March 2025 tentatively. Though AIIMS, Delhi released the AIIMS BSc paramedical exam dates and result dates on the official website, and according to it, the exam will be conducted on June 28, 2025. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode only. However, these dates are tentative and authorities might change it as per the situation demands. Â

Students have to first do a basic registration followed by generating a code and then complete the final registration. What is AIIMS Paramedical Exam?
AIIMS paramedical exam is conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi. The examination is conducted for admission to undergraduate BSc paramedical courses offered by AIIMS campuses in Delhi, Bhubaneshwar, and Rishikesh. AIIMS paramedical examination is conducted once every year in online mode. AIIMS paramedical exam 2025 is scheduled to be held in July 2025 tentatively.Â
All candidates who wish to apply for the paramedical courses in AIIMS will have to register themselves on the official website of the institute using a valid email ID and a mobile number. Candidates whose basic registrations will be accepted will have to log in again for code generation. Without the RUC, candidates will not be able to submit the AIIMS paramedical 2025 registration forms.Â
AIIMS Paramedical 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to apply for the paramedical courses in AIIMS are advised to go through the eligibility criteria for the desired course before filling out the applications. If any candidate is found to be ineligible for the course, their application will be canceled. Also, the registration fee paid by such candidates shall be forfeited. Eligibility criteria for AIIMS paramedical courses

- They must have attained the age of 17 as of December 31, 2025
- They must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised institution/board
Mandatory subjects in Class 12
Candidates applying for Bachelor of Optometry, BSc Medical Technology in Radiotherapy, or BSc (Hons) Medical Technology in Radiography courses must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology/Mathematics. For all other courses, Biology is compulsory.

Admissions to the paramedical courses offered by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences will be based on the marks obtained in this entrance examination only. The institute will not accept the scores of any other examination for admission to AIIMS paramedical courses. Candidates are, thus, advised to go through the admission process for these courses.
AIIMS paramedical registration 2025
The registration for AIIMS paramedical 2025 is a three-step process, namely basic registration, code generation, and final registration. Candidates must complete all three stages to apply for the desired course. All candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee at the end of final registration. Candidates must also reserve copies of the forms that are filled during the AIIMS paramedical 2025 application process.

AIIMS Paramedical 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
Read the important AIIMS paramedical exam day guidelines to know what is expected from the candidates on the D-day at the exam centre:Â
- To avoid delay in beginning the test, candidates must report to the exam centre at least 30 minutes in advance
- Candidates must report to the exam centre by 8.45 am
- No candidate shall be allowed to enter the exam centre after 9.45 am
- Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall before 11.30 am
- Candidates must carry the admit card, a valid photo ID proof and one passport-sized photograph on the exam day
- Candidates will not be allowed to carry any textual material such as books or notes to the exam centre
- Candidates will not be allowed to carry any electronic device such as a mobile phone, Bluetooth or calculator to the exam centre
- Also, wristwatches, ornaments, bags, belts, etc. are not allowed inside the exam centre
AIIMS Paramedical Result 2025
AIIMS Delhi will release the result of AIIMS Paramedical BSc courses in online mode within a week after the conclusion of the exam on July 4, 2025. The result will comprise the PDF file of the AIIMS Paramedical exam. Applicants whose names will be mentioned in the file will be declared qualified in their respective categories. Â
All the applicants who will qualify the exam will have to further appear in counselling process. Applicants will be given time to upload their certificate or else they will be treated as a General category for counseling purposes. Candidates other than those whose names will not be mentioned in this list will be able to check Rank and Marks by logging into the system. Â
AIIMS Paramedical Counselling 2025
AIIMS Delhi will conduct AIIMS Paramedical in multiple rounds which will be 1, 2 and 3. As the entire counselling process will be managed online, candidates will have to visit aiimsexams.ac.in to participate in the counselling events. Students will be able to exercise their choice between the given duration. The seat allotment of AIIMS Paramedical 2025 will be released after the choice-filling is over. Â

- BSc Paramedical Courses Online Seat Allocation portal will allow candidates to make choices of seats the portal will be opened for dates specified as per the schedule released in the official notification by AIIMS Delhi.
- All the candidates who have been allocated seats in the 1st Round are required to log to their MyPageCandidates can make either of the two choices:
- OPTION 1: ACCEPT allotted seat and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in further rounds of Seat Allocation
- OPTION 2: Â ACCEPT allotted seat and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 2nd ROUND of Seat AllocationÂ
- All the candidates who are allocated seats are mandatorily required to report in person at the allotted college/institute with original documents and a Demand Draft of INR 1 Lakh.
