I am satisfied with the college and the faculty members.

Placements: We've got good placement opportunities in our college. The top recruiting companies for our course include Hatsun, Parle, ITC, and other food industries. We have a compulsory internship with the curriculum. So everyone should do at least one internship on or off-campus. Top roles include food analysts and food inspectors.

Dissatisfied as there are no good placements, and the teaching faculty are poor.

Placements: 10% of students got placed in our college. 4.2 LPA is the highest package offered in our course, and 2 LPA is the average package offered in our course. No one got an internship in core companies. Associate analyst is the top role we got from placements.

Fantastic college with average placements.

Placements: Given that biotechnology offers only limited placement opportunities in Indian scenario, this is one of the inadequate aspects of the college. A couple of biotech related companies do come to campus, however very few students ( 10% of the class strength) gets placed there. The package is average. Most of the other students either opt for higher studies or join the IT companies those come for recruitment with a fairly similar package.

It is an old university in India having a level of trademarks.

Placements: In this college, basically, there are two sorts of placements. They are IT and core placements. In this campus, major people are placed in top IT companies like Infosys, TCS, Accenture, etc. The salary offered is in the range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month. IT companies are common to all the branch. IT companies hire bulk number people for jobs in on- campus. The core placement is nothing but a job related to your course, and the salary offered is Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month. In c...

In 2016, placements are good. The college has amazing faculty, good curriculum and infrastructure.

Placements: The placement percentage is 95% and though it mostly depends on which department and it varies year to year. If your academic is good and you have good grades you are sure to get placed. Most of the top companies visit Anna University like Cadbury, Brittania, Nestle, etc. The minimum stipend offered during the internship was about 15-22K. Around, 90% of the students get the internship from the college. There is a placement cell, and it helps us to get placed.

Good facilities, poor infrastructure, average placements, some faculty are good.

Placements: The placements for my batch were significantly low compared to the previous batches. Majority of the students who sat for placements got a job, but very few got a job in their core area, roughly about 25 to 30 percent. BPCL offered the highest package with 12 lakhs per annum, and the lowest was by the bulk software recruiters like Accenture, CTS, etc. which was around 3 lakhs per annum. Top software service firms like Accenture, IBM, CTS, Infosys, etc., the analytic firms like Fractal Analytics,...

Satisfaction in the placements.

Placements: The college placement is good. Several companies visit our college and pick the eligible candidates. Each company selects only three to four students. There are two types of categories, one is the core company, and the other is IT company. The salary of the IT company is greater compared to the core company. The students should be skilled in aptitude, mathematics, and good communication to enter into the IT field.

We get more placements in core companies compared to IT companies. It is an added advantage to our degree. This department has the highest placement results in Anna University.
