The college is average and under development.
Placements: The students of our college are about 50 percent placed. The highest package offered is 5 Lacs and the average is 2 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are mostly startups and small companies, but MNCs like Wipro, TCS, and Infosys also recruit. There is no internship provided by our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities like well-developed labs, big classrooms, and a big library are available. The hostel is good, the rooms are good, and the food is average. The canteen is good and big, and sports are also good. Inter-college matches are arranged in our college, and all sports have well-equipped facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-qualified, like Masters. Teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester difficulty is medium, but it's all about you.
Other: My course is AI and ML, which stands for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and is the most growing field nowadays. The teaching could be better.

Classrooms are good and labs are equipped with high-performance personal computers and learning gadgets. Our college has a huge football turf. The hostel facility and canteen are available in our college.

Review of Alard College of Engineering and Management.
Placements: Our college is an average college, and some companies do not come to our campus for placements. However, due to our location in Hinjewadi, Pune, where many companies are situated, it is relatively easy to secure placements. I believe the percentage of students getting placements is 100%.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good; it has a sufficient number of classrooms and labs. We have Wi-Fi access in the college, and the library is well-stocked with books. However, the hostel food is not up to par. I would suggest joining MACE outside the college to someone.
Faculty: The faculty of this college is good; they are really helpful and assist us with our doubts. I am studying Electronics and Communication (Advanced Communication Technology), in which they teach us in more detail about communication. The semester exams are mostly manageable to pass.

Our college is very good.
Placements: The placement rate is 75%. Around 65 out of 120 students got placed from our college in companies like Infosys, Deloitte, Wipro, KPMG, and Amazon. The average salary package offered is 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has 5 divisions for every branch of engineering. Our classrooms are average. Our college provides a separate girls' and boys' hostel, and it can accommodate 200 students. The food served in the mess is very good.
Faculty: There are around 10-15 teachers for every course. The HOD is very supportive. They always help us in all aspects. They give chance to students to manage all activities conducted in our college. We can connect with guests and staff easily.
Other: Our college is worth the money paid.

All about my engineering in Alard University.
Placements: Around 85% of students were placed. The lowest package is around INR 4 LPA, and the highest is approximately INR 14.75 LPA. Major recruiters include TCS, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, Wipro, and others. The placements cover various fields such as AIML, CS, Mechanical, Civil, and AI. However, internships are not provided by the college; students need to arrange them independently.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good as the campus houses multiple institutions, including a school, junior college, pharmacy college, MBA college, and the engineering college. This makes the campus very large and well-equipped with extensive facilities, including a large playground and several function halls.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, talented, and understand students' problems, whether academic or personal. They motivate students and provide quality education, sharing knowledge about real-world problems and their solutions. There is no doubt about the quality of the faculty at Alard University.
Other: I really enjoying my engineering life in our college, the friends and staff also very supportive.
