Placements: Approximately 25% of students were placed through the campus and 5% of students were placed through off-campus. Opportunities at college are mostly through pool campuses with the involvement of more than 4 topmost colleges in Pune so there are very fewer chances to get selected through the same due to fact that college does not prepare the students according to the market competitions.
Placements: We get many internship, but due to more demand of civil engineering in government sector, there is less placement in private sector. The package for a fresher on average is 3-3.5 Lacs per year. Companies like Larsen and Turbo, Tata Projects provide placement for various sub-sectors in Civil. There are many roles due to diversity of the field, as a fresher Site Engineer is the most common one.
Placements: Not every student gets placed in campus placement. Around 20-25 % got placed. Usual total strength is 60-65 students. Around 10-15 students get placed. Every student manages to get placed on their own within a year or two. That becomes possible because every student undergoes an internship of 12 months duration before graduating as an Engineer. It is part of our curriculum that every student must complete an internship of one year compulsory. It helps students a lot. Everyone is allotted interns...
Placements: Placements are good for computer department, but students from other departments struggle for placements. After computer science, mechanical engineering has fine placements, but the number of students is too much, so very tough competition. Overall, placements have the least opportunity.
Placements: Placements in our college are good for computer department. Almost 50-60% of students got placed. Most of the times, the same students got placed in different companies, and that is the main issue. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 PAL. Roles like software developer, BPO, tester were offered to students. There were no internships in our college.
Placements: TCS visited the campus for placements but hasn't shortlisted the students, so there were no placements. Other than TCS, not many companies visited the campus for 2013 batch of the electronics department. Addition to this, most of the people got opportunities for off-campus drives too, and they got placed. But frankly, for the 2013 batch, on-campus placements were not much good.
Placements: I'm pursuing my engineering in computer science, and I got placed in 3 companies. Campus placements are quite good while the salary packages offered are average. Mostly, the salary packages offered are around 3.5-4.5 LPA. But, this is the case for computer science, IT and E&TC branches eventually. Hardly any company provides campus placements for mechanical, civil and production branches. So far, I could say only 5-6 companies have visited the campus. Whereas more than 20-25 companies have visit...
Placements: The college is recently awarded A+ grade by NAAC, so the placement for upcoming years will be very good. Some companies like L&T, Siemens, and many others visit the campus for placements. You need a good score in all the four years for good placements. Once you have a good score, then any reputed company will offer you the job.
Placements: Placements are good for the computer science branch. But I am from the mechanical branch, and the companies coming for the placements of our branch are comparatively less. Students need to have a good score to get placed. The training and placement cell is working hard for companies to come and recruit students. From the mechanical branch, very few students get placed in core companies. Students have to find internships on their own.
Placements: Placements of our college are very good. Last year, nearly 600 students were recruited from the college, and the highest salary package offered was 18 lacs per annum. Prime recruiters of the college are Volkswagen, Infotech, Wipro, Dynabiotics, Amazon, etc.
Placements: Around 90% of the students in my senior batch were placed. Roles offered to them were junior system analyst, junior software developer and many others. Barclay Ind Pvt. Ltd., visited our college and selected many of my seniors. Our college also organises pool campus drives for students.
Placements: Many students are placed from AISSMS College of Engineering in the previous year. Many of them are placed in multinational industries. Many students are doing internships in the sandwich pattern. Many popular industries provide jobs for students.
Placements: The placement rate of our college is very good compared to other colleges in Pune. There are thousands of students being placed in various multinational companies. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, etc., visit our college every year. Many talented students get placed through campus placements.
Placements: Various graphics related companies like OS Technology, Japan etc., have visited the campus for placements. A minimum of 50% to 60% of the students get placed. The average salary package offered is 5-6 LPA. It may be increased in the future as the college was accredited with A+ grade by NAAC, and our college has got 3.29 out of 4 in the accreditation grading. Apprenticeship also helps in placements, and I'm sure that within 2-3 years, placement rate will be increased to 70%-80%.
Placements: Placements in our college are neither bad nor good. Students are not much satisfied with the placements. To my knowledge, the highest salary offered was 30 LPA, and the lowest salary offered may be around 3 LPA. All we need is good placements. Students have to do an internship for a whole year, i.e., six months in the third year and six months in the final year.
Placements: Placements for our senior batch were good. Many companies visited our college for placements and selected many students. The salary package offered to an individual varies. Different kinds of roles and jobs were offered to the students. A good number of students are selected from our college.
Placements: Senior batch students were provided very good placements opportunities. About 65% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was about 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Many reputed companies like Tata Motors, Mahindra Motors, Force, and Forbes Marshall, etc., visited the campus for placements. Almost 80% of the students got an internship from the college. The highest stipend offered was 1 LPA, and a few internships were unpaid. The internship provides practica...
Placements: There are good opportunities for the students who desire to succeed in their life. Good placements are offered. MNCs also visit the college to offer placements. Placements are organised with great interest for students and make them feel good for all the projects they have done.
Placements: I didn't experience the placements of our college. But according to our seniors, some big companies visited our college and hired a few students as trainees. Companies such as Thermax, Nvidia, TATA, etc., are some of the recruiters of our college. If students have any doubt regarding recruitment, our college officials assist the students.
Placements: The college provides efficient placements. Many companies visit our college. They have hired about 80% of the compatible students. The highest salary package offered was 25 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 10 LPA. Companies like IBM, Amazon, L&T Infotech, Syntel, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, TCS, ICCI, Horizon Telcom, Godrej, Bosch, and Entercom, etc., have visited our campus for placement drives.
