Good college. Never expect for the higher ctc placements.

Placements: For mechanical students, the placement is nil. But for computer science and electronics, the placements are moderate. The placement officer does not take any interest in calling up companies for core branches and this leads to the unemployment for us. The highest salary offered to the students was for computer science branch- about 3.2 lakhs pa and the lowest was from IT branch- around 2.4 LPA. The companies which visited were Tech Mahindra, Amazon, and L&T. ...

A good college with poor placements

Placements: Placements are not good. Computer science and IS students will hardly get 4-5 good companies in a year. Apart from placements, teaching is good. Overall, placements are poor. The placement officer must be changed. Students have the talent but there are no opportunities to achieve. The college should focus on the placements rather than collect more fines. Students get irritated when they are in final year as they will lose hope on placements. The placement officer himself recommends students to j...

As said above, it is good and has a decent crowd from all over India, majorly from Karnataka.

Placements: Mechanical branch's placemats in core are just low, like in every other college. But you'll get opportunities in software companies like Infosys, etc. You just need to keep your percentage to 65+. You'll get a placement training at the beginning of your final year conducted by a renowned person called Zane. He is the one who does this training even in colleges like BMS, RV and other top colleges. For internships, you have to help yourself. The college doesn't provide you with any internship. But...

Not satisfied with the infrastructure and facilities, the method of teaching is also not good.

Placements: There are very few companies which come to our college with an average package of 1.2 lakh to 2.4 lakh per annum. On an average, every year maximum of 10-15 students will get placement. There were 1 or 2 internship offers from our college, so only final year students are allowed to attend the internships and will get a maximum stipend of Rs. 2500.

Partly dissatisfied due to the lack of placements.

Placements: The placements were average. Only a few students got placed and only a few companies visit for campus drive. Around 50% students were placed. The college claims that all big companies will come but the truth is only TRech Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, and other technical support companies will only come to our college and the average salary they offer is around 2.5 LPA.

Really good infrastructure and facilities but poor placements.

Placements: The college does not guarantee 100% placements and placements are below average. Every year, a handful of people get placed at around 20 students out of 160 or so. At the end of the day, your percentage matters, so try to maintain a decent above 60 aggregate throughout. Companies like Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, HP, etc visited the campus.

Poor placements and money oriented but good faculty.

Placements: Placements are a bit below average for this college. Apart from a pool campus of Infosys, we didn't find any good MNC visiting the college, though. Mostly tech support jobs and even consultancies approached the college. Same was the situation with our seniors as well. Most of the students had to approach job consultants and seek for other sources to get placed in a company considering the condition of the placement cell of the college. At least, the graduates in the computer stream were a bit be...

It is an average college that swings between tier 1 and tier 4. Teaching and faculty are good. Besides education college also supports in other curricular activities. College building looks like a white house from a little far. They have a huge ground in front of the building and a hostel for men nearby. Canteen is not good at all. Each Program is comprehensive to provide the student with sufficient inputs and training in relevant skills so as to help the students embark on a professional career...

The campus of college is very big and spacious. Faculties are also good. But there are many negative things about this college, like, they charge so much of fine for anything. The campus hostel is a crap and very costly. They have written 52acres Wi-Fi enabled campus but there is no such thing.

I was a student of batch 2009-13. College is not even worth the money. College mostly focuses on grabbing the attention of media through various programs. As of my batch, Computer Science stream had a good faculty. The quality and dedication of the faculty is just below average. In certain cases, we even found MTech students explaining the concept better to us than the faculty members with experience of more than 15 years. The campus lacks facilities like a canteen providing North-Indian food. T...

Average college for Master Degree but this is the one of the best college for Engineering. If you are joining for engineering this is the above average college in Bangalore. For master degree this is the bellow average college. For Mechanical PG course this is the worst college in Bangalore. But for degree this is the ok college.

AMC Engineering College has a huge campus .It is spread over 52 acres of land. It has a cricket ground and a basketball court. Campus is enabled with Wi-Fi connection. AMC has hostel inside college campus for both boys and girls and food is not bad. But norths Indians have to adjust to food in mess. The teaching staff at AMC is a mix of senior and junior ones. Overall it is an average college. And this year placements are pretty good.

The Quality of Education is really good at the college. The faculties are friendly. There is no good places around the college to hangout during free time. Sports is not encouraged to a good extent. Canteen is below average, there is no other options for food near college. The placements up to the mark, lots of companies visit to the college for placement purposes.

Infrastructure wise it is good but placement wise it is the worst college. The college authority should wake up and look at placements. Faculty is not up to the mark. Crowd is not o great. The college is located in outskirts with a nice campus. I will not recommend this college to others.

This college is not as I expected it to be. I came to know that it was a good college during the years 2008-2010. The excellent faculty members were thrown out due to the politics of the administration and Principle. They are very much bothered about the fines and fees collected from the students rather than improving the facilities that are being provided to the students. I would rather conclude to the new comers that it is not a good solution for your higher studies. If you are planning to d...

A good place for people to study and get a job in 2025 and better infrastructure too.

Placements: The placement scenario at AMC Engineering College is average. The average salary is about 10 lacs. Rarely any companies hire from this college. Next semester will be placed for an internship.

If teaching staffs are experienced it will be better and there is no hope of placement.

Placements: I have completed my MCA from AMC college and as it was during recession period not much placement was offered and even the once which where offered was not having decent packages. None of my classmates have got any placements but although they do provide training for interviews.

Placements: Around 30-40% of students are successfully placed at AMC Engineering College in Bangalore, depending on the department. The highest salary package offered in recent years has been approximately ₹25 lakh per annum, while the average package is typically around ₹3-4 lakh per annum, with some departments reporting a lowest package of ₹3 lakh per annum. Top recruiters for AMC include well-known companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Amazon, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Tech Mahindra. T...

Colleges with good campus life are not recommended for management quota admissions.

Placements: Around 70% got placed in the CSE branch last year. The top recruiting companies last year were ones where 10 percent of students got internships. The top roles offered in the college are CSE core. Lots of different areas like CSE-aiml (Data Science) and ISC (Information Science Engineering) are also offered.
