I am very satisfied with my college.

Placements: This university will give you the opportunity of getting placed in the best media channels, but it all depends on you. Basically, the placements depend on your portfolio and your achievement in the 3 years. You must be regular and work hard as much as you can. My experience of being a student of this prestigious university and part of the Amity family is very good. If you want to be a student of mass communications, come and be a part of Amity University (Noida). You can meet the students from a...

Absolutely I had the best college days.

Placements: Placements of my batch even my some seniors batch were amazing. The maximum students got placed through the college placement and even the pool campus, which is also provided by the college only. College provided the best exposure for media line and for building more knowledge in the same field. They tried to give the internships to all the students in the best companies either it is paid or unpaid.

Amity is one of the best colleges in India.

Placements: The placement is good for seniors. Two of our seniors got a job in Google. If you are focused toward your goal and good in academics, then no one can stop you. Our teachers provide us with the information for making a better profile and CV, so companies found it easier to know about us.

One of the best mass communication colleges in India.

Placements: A lot of renowned companies and organisations visit our campus and gives opportunities to every eligible student. NDTV, Abp, zee news and a lot of media companies visit our campus every year, and the students are placed 3 to 4 months before they pass out from the university.

A mixed bag of good and bad

Placements: The placements were satisfying for fresh college graduates in the public relations and corporate communication sectors. However, the students who were interested in news firms and production houses had to see for themselves because there were hardly any reputed firms visiting for college placement.

Excellent infrastructure with education at par.

Placements: There was a placement cell in our ASCO department which is used to notify students about the companies that are having openings and are coming to college for the placement season. There was a facebook page until last year for such discussions and notifications.

Amity University - All about it

Placements: In terms of placement and internships, I wouldn't go very far in applauding the university. In most cases, select few students get offers to work part time or full time. Although this highly depends on the quality of grade points one has obtained since one can't expect below average individuals to be offered a position very easily. The stipend offered both in cases of internships and jobs is reasonable. Salaries average around 1-2.5 lakh per annum while the stipend is 1000-5000 per month. Some ...

The review and rating of the college.

Placements: Many companies come for placements as the Amity University gives 100% placements. The stipend usually offered was 5k-8k, and the companies were really in a good position. I have decided so far that I want to continue my studies and will do Masters in the broadcast journalism. So, I have no idea regarding the respective stuff, but Amity University does give placements to the students who actually want to work and gain experience.

A good college with good faculty and infrastructure

Placements: The placement of journalism and mass communication has not been too great. Most of the companies offer internship. The stipend is still unknown. Some of the companies that visited were new media companies, some print media companies, and some startups. It was up to the students which field they wanted to join.

Amity- enter and then see whether it is good or bad. Rest, everything has rumors.

Not only the academic year, if you work well, you will get a well-off placement in India or maybe abroad too. Work well, give your best. Be good in studies. Be in contact with the teachers. Grab every event and opportunity and you are there.

Amity School of Communication is a pretty good place to be at. Formal lectures, field visits, group discussions and regular interaction among the students and faculty are some of the major strengths. The faculty is helpful and approachable. Placement season sees a big turnout of companies - startups as well as established names like CNNIBN, OGILVY, MEDIA MANTRA, HT etc. Presentations through power point are one of the most used methods of teaching here. The college fest sees a huge turnout of ...
