Placements: The placement of Amity is moderate and par average than other private colleges. The average salary offered per annum is 3 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, Dell, Samsung, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, TCS, HCL, etc., visited the college recently. A lot of students are placed every year. If sources are to be believed, students with more than 6.5 CGPA get placed easily.
Placements: The placements in Amity University starts in the seventh semester of engineering courses and is quite good as most of the students get placed. Various big companies like Amazon, Microsoft have visited the campus in the past, and they offer pretty good packages. But, most of the companies' packages range from 3-4 lpa.
Placements: The placements don’t depend on college because they provide internships on their own then rest of things you have to do it on your own. It is good that college is offering you six months and three months full-time internships to enhance their knowledge.
Placements: The placements are average and not up to the mark. The average package offered is around 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Companies like Samsung, Indigo, HCL and Think and Learn, visit the campus during placements. One must be aware of computer coding if you want to get placed, no matter from which stream you are.
Placements: The placements for my batch as well as the senior batch was good. 80% of the students were placed from my batch. The highest salary offered was 8.5 lacs per annum, the lowest was 2.5 lacs per annum, and the average was 3.5 lacs per annum. Many companies visited the campus like Wipro, Genpact, E&Y, Think and Learn, etc. The roles for fresher like associates, analysts were offered to the students.
Placements: I think less than 50% of the students were placed till now in my field. But the placement procedure is not good. They have to think about that. The lowest salary offered is around 2 lakh per annum and the average offered is around 3-3.5 lakh per annum. In 2017 batch not many companies visited. The companies which visited are not experienced and popular.
Placements: For placements, the computer science branch is the most benefited. Honestly, if you have a grade point of 6.5 or above, you will be easily allowed to sit in the placements. The thing I have known from the teachers is that the communication skills are what companies seek more in the Amity students even if he is doing engineering and of course, a good technical knowledge is compulsory. The placement is possible if you know your area of interest. At last, you will be able to get placed, but don't g...
Placements: The 100% placements if CGPA is over 6. Only, the students without backlogs are given the opportunities to sit in the placements. Rest all are good. The companies placing the students are nice. The companies like Microsoft, HCL, TCS, Wipro, etc. are regulars to the campus. Also, new companies also participated in the placement procedure for recruiting new students that have commenced the B.Tech course without any backlogs and have CGP over 6 for B+ companies and CGPA 7 for additional companies.
Placements: The highest package offered was 8 lacs, and the lowest was 2.4 lakhs per annum. Many companies come for placement both MNCs and startups. I got placed in HCL, sector 126. 44 students were selected. I was given the department of HCL Infra. The technology was Networking (VoIP).
Placements: The placements of our senior batch were good but not up to the mark. Students got placed but everyone was not offered to join the core company, and the other companies like Wipro, HCL, Spring Systems, etc. do not offer the expected salaries. Students got placed for software related jobs that are not pretty much useful. 100% students get the internship from the college, not an issue at all but again the question is of core companies. Basically, the core companies do not visit the campus. The stip...
Placements: The college did work for the placements, even if you have scored less CGPA. They even arranged the placements after the completion of course for unplaced students. Now it's up to you if you can crack the interviews, otherwise, they put in all to make sure that each and every student moves out with an offer letter in their hand.
Placements: The placements are close to 100%. The highest salary offered was 12 lakhs per annum. The job opportunities ranged from sales to technical development officers, technological consultants, etc. The students handled the internships on their own, but the faculty were happy to suggest the places and help secure contacts.
Placements: The placements for CSE and ECE departments were really good, and most of the companies offered the package of around 3.5 LPA which is standard. Majority of the students were placed as there are many mass recruiting companies. The internships were not much provided to the students.
Placements: Placements are fine. Average salary is above 3l.p.a. Companies like Microsoft and google visit during placements as well. They promise 100% placements in B.Tech. I've talked to seniors in final year and gathered information about what companies come and what they look for.
Placements: Placements here are like any other private college. You are assured by the college that you will be placed surely. Since the number of students here is huge, don't expect a good job unless you have exceptional skills among the hundreds of students that are in your competition. Getting a job is more of a student's job rather than the college's. The only thing that the college can do is bring up more and more companies for you and this it does well.
Placements: Almost 80% of the batch got placed. The lowest package offered was 3 LPA, and the highest was 11 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, Aricent, Cisco, Cognizant, etc. A company like Ford also visited the campus. College was not responsible for the internship. You were supposed to get your internship by yourself.
Placements: This college has a bad placement condition but is still better than most of the smaller private colleges in Delhi NCR. They take appropriately 600-700 students in CSE, and IT and around 100 students might get placed. But, the opportunities are in abundance if you are highly skilled in your stream.
Placements: My father forced me to take an admission at this university only for the reason that it gives more placements than the other colleges. But, the fact is that it is a big lie. I am telling you, this year (2017), none of the senior students from my branch (the mechanical engineering branch) got placed. At this time, I am in the fifth semester, and after seeing the placement status of my branch, I got more worried about my future. I am in dilemma. I won't say much about the previous placement record...
Placements: A smooth process with great efforts for placing all the students. Maybe not worth ROI-wise hut the students in thousands are easily placed in big MNCs. The highest package would go around 6 LPA whereas lowest can go to about 2 LPA. Roles offered are mostly IT-centric.
Placements: There are no placements I have seen till now. The college has a very good infrastructure but no company has visited for placements. Companies come but only for CEO meetings. After the CEO meeting, no company has ever visited for placements. Below 6.0 CGPA, the student is not ever allowed to sit for placements.
