Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Our course is good, and there is a high scope of placements in the future. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Our seniors got high placement opportunities in top companies, such as Flipkart and Amazon. Most students got selected at SDI.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure including a library, good classrooms, and labs. The Wi-Fi connection is also in good condition. Our hostel rooms are good enough, but the food is horrible. However, the canteen food is good as compared to hostel food. Many games and sports are conducted in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members teach students in a good way and help to solve problems. They guide students in a good way to achieve good results and success. Our course curriculum is updated every year. It is good and subjects are useful. Pass and fail percentages depend on students and almost 90% is pass percentage.
Other: I have shared most of the information above. As extracurricular activity is concerned, there are many clubs and fests that we enjoy a lot. Being involved in clubs relieves our stress and we enjoy it.

A short review of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham- Bengaluru.
Placements: This time the percentage of students placed is very low; due to the recession, it was around 60%. The highest package was 34 lacs, the average was 12 lacs, and the least goes till 3 lacs per annum. The top recruiters for our course are Microsoft and Amazon. Around 30% of students got internships in GD Healthcare and many more companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is medium; it isn't so high-five college; it has all the basic amenities; we have Wi-Fi; it works well in the labs and classrooms as well as in the hostel. Coming to the library, most of the books suggested by our lecturers are available, and even if they are not available, if we ask the librarian, they will provide us with e-book access. Our classroom has blackboards, white screens, and a projector common to all the classrooms. Now they have renovated half of the classroom, providing charging facilities available for each individual and also an Ethernet facility. All the computer labs have systems with internet and AC. And all other labs also satisfy the requirements and needs of the course. Coming to the hostel, the rooms are four people sharing. We must clean our own rooms. We have common washrooms, and the hot water is available twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. The laundry is taken weekly once, and we get the clothes back in 3 to 4 days. The food is average, and we are provided only with vegetarian items and eggs during lunch for two days a week. In breakfast, we have 2 varieties per day, and milk is available daily. For lunch we have some price, plan price sambar, some curry, and curd. For dinner we are given chapathis 5 days a week; we also will have plan price rasam, curry, and curd or buttermilk. We have grounds for sports facilities and a basketball court. For badminton, we have a separate hall, and a gym is also available separately in the hostel. It is separate for both boys and girls. We can get the canteen food until 8pm in the night, but only the cash payment option is available.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members we got have even completed their PhDs and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Each lecturer has their own unique way of teaching, and most of them involve students, making us perform some activity for active participation. The course curriculum is updated yearly, according to the industry requirement. Regular class committee meetings will be held to make the teaching effective and if some changes are there to make them. Our particular course makes us industry-ready because we have continuous assessment evaluation, and also for the end-of-semester evaluation, instead of having exams, we are supposed to make real-time projects in accordance with our syllabus. We are given marks based on our progress on the subject and the results we have obtained. Coming to the exams, we only have midterm exams for our course; they are at medium level, depending on the subject; some are easy and some are very tough. The pass percentage is high. Around 90 percent of students pass the exams. The rest of our marks come from the regular quizzes and lab evaluations conducted on a daily basis. Basically, for total GPA calculations, internals are considered for 70% and externals (projects) for 30%.
Other: I chose this course because when I was joining the college, this course had demand in the industry. As I told you, we do not have end-of-semester examinations; instead, we are evaluated with projects, and I think this is the best thing about my course. From one year we are having more events compared to before, and last year we had a huge fest named Daasthan; it was a multinational fest, conducted for the first time on our campus for 3 days. The extracurricular activities are also good because we have many clubs there, and according to our interests, we can choose which clubs we want to participate in. Also, we have an entrance exam, which is basically for scholarships and getting a seat. If we get a good rank in that exam, we can have a low fee structure, but for that scholarship to be availed further, we need to maintain a certain CGPA .

Amrita college is an average college.
Placements: The placement was average this year since the market had a recession so the average salary went down. The CSE branch did well, but the other batch lacked. The average package was 9.47 lacs for my branch. 70% of people have been placed till now. Rest are still sitting in the college placement.
Infrastructure: I did not stay in a hostel but I heard that it wasn't that good. It may vary from person to person. Regarding the course, it was very basic and the infrastructure of the college is just above average. The labs were a bit outdated but they have been upgraded now.
Faculty: The faculty is okay but when it comes to supporting a student, they really lack in that area. The ECE depth was really rude sometimes. There are some really good teachers but the number is very limited. Your class advisory decides everything as to how things are going to go. The difficulty of the exams ranges from moderate to hard.

It is a great course with mediocre placements.
Placements: Around 70-80% of students got placed. AI is the most placed branch in Amrita as we have a lot of projects which are seen as something good. From the 5th semester, we get a lot of internship offers from Amazon, Atlassian, etc. Companies visit our college and provide internships for women only. Many students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the AI branch is very good. We have smart classrooms with charging points and ethernets on each table. There is a router in each class. We have an AI lab where students can use a desktop for lab courses. The library has both offline and online books. We have a link for all the previous years' question papers. The mess and hostel are not good and hygienic. The food is not good. People treat students like children. We are not treated like adults in hostels. A kettle or any electronic items are not allowed inside. It is only allowed for MBA students. They expect students to eat that food every day. Outings are only from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. On Sunday, students who are not from Bangalore will find that once they become hostellers, they are not allowed to leave the hostel. The rule states that unless you have a guardian within 75 kilometres, you cannot leave the hostel. This policy is quite restrictive and problematic. The hostel doesn't provide proper food and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is not good. It is not worth it. Jio doesn't work in hostels.
Faculty: The course is very good. It covers topics like AWS, IoT, machine learning, deep learning, probabilistic reasoning, Python, Java, C, cybercrime forensics, and digital forensics. Our end semester is a project. It provides us with greater hands-on experience than just listening and writing everything from the book on paper.
Other: Fests are getting better. The sad part is that most of the crowd at Amrita University is from Andhra Pradesh. If students are not from the Telugu community, they may feel sidelined, which could affect their college experience. Uniforms are not good which makes me feel like a school child. If you are from the Telugu community, you might have a better experience, especially if you’re not staying in the hostel, as living in the hostel can be quite challenging. The college itself is quite small, particularly the academic blocks, and each class contains about 80 students, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. I would not recommend Amrita University unless you are pursuing a degree in computer science and engineering or artificial intelligence, as the other programs are not up to par and have poor placement opportunities. There are clubs available, but they are not very active; they seem to exist more for the sake of having them rather than doing much.

Review of Amrita School of Engineering.
Placements: Every year, around 98% of students get placed. In my current year, the highest salary package offered was 52 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Flipkart, and L&T visit the campus. Students need to meet certain criteria, including having no backlogs, to attend campus placements.
Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure, with three hostel blocks and five academic blocks. The entire campus is covered by Wi-Fi. Every floor of the hostel and college has a drinking water facility, and there is a canteen available both on campus and in the hostel. A medical room is also available on campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are very knowledgeable with a minimum Ph.D. degree. They are friendly towards students. Coming to the curriculum each semester consists of 2-quizzes, one mid-term, one assignment, and one end-term exam. External will be conducted for 100 marks and weighed for 40 marks. Each quiz will be conducted for 15 marks and weighed for 7.5 marks, mid-term will be conducted for 50 marks and weighed for 30 marks. So total of 60 internal marks and 40 external marks.
Other: College has a good crowd. Regarding fests, there are no major events, but a few cultural fests are conducted by college clubs, along with other events. College provides full support for sports activities.

Review of Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
Placements: 69% of students were placed in my course. The highest package was 72 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA, with an average package of 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies were CISCO, MATHWORKS, GOOGLE. Good course and curriculum with a good research faculty, and mostly the weather is good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was a little bit bad due to the very old construction. But they're remodeling everything. Infrastructure is absolutely not so good but okay we can survive and one more thing is they are again reconstructing everything so no worries.
Faculty: Teachers were so helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. They are so good in helping, such as we people from the south may not know coding better and here Karnataka people know everything much better compared to us. Even though they are very supportive to us.

A:

While 60% in Class 12th fulfills the minimum eligibility requirement for Amrita School of Engineering's B.Tech programme based on marks, it's unlikely to guarantee admission for several reasons: Admission primarily relies on entrance exams: Amrita uses JEE Main or Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) scores as the primary criteria for B.Tech admission. A good score (typically above 90 percentile for JEE Main or rank within 10,000 for AEEE) is crucial for securing a seat.
