MCA | Candidates seeking admission to MCA should hold a Bachelor's degree from any recognised College/University. Candidates are eligible only if they have cleared graduation with any of the following subjects: Mathematics/ Statistics /Business Mathematics / Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques Or Should have cleared BCA from any recognised University. Or Should have cleared one of the subjects out of (Mathematics/ Statistics /Business Mathematics / Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques) as additional or optional subject in XII Grade or at Graduation level. |
B.A. | The candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream through a recognised Board / University / Council. |
B.E. / B.Tech | The candidates who have passed their 3-year Diploma in any branch of engineering are eligible for admission under this category. |
BBA | The candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream through a recognised Board / University / Council. |
B.Com | The candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream through a recognised Board / University / Council. |
BCA | Candidates should have cleared their Matriculation examination along with a Diploma in any Trade from the Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh. Such examination from any other recognised State Board of Technical Education, or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal are also considered eligible for admission in BCA. |
D.Pharma | Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Biology/Mathematics subjects from any recognised institute/board. Or any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to above mentioned examination. |
B.Com LL.B | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board. |
LL.B. | A candidate must have a Bachelor degree from Guru Nanak Dev University or a degree recognised as equivalent with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate. The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation through Open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses. The maximum age limit for the applicants for admission will be as decided by the Bar Council of India and approved by the syndicate from time to time. |
B.A. LL.B. | A candidate must have a Bachelor degree from Guru Nanak Dev University or a degree recognised as equivalent with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate. The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation through Open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses.
