Honest Review by Student.

Placements: In the computer branch, almost 80 to 90 percent of students receive offer letters from companies. Most of the companies are mass recruiters, and most students receive around 4 LPA. The highest package for the 2023 batch is 7 LPA. The college has average placements, and the placement rate has decreased during 2023.

Review of Amrutvahini College of Engineering

Placements: I graduated from Amrutvahini College of Engineering in 2018. Nearly 20% of the students from my batch were placed through campus recruitment, with most of them securing jobs in IT-based companies like Cognizant. A few electrical companies, such as Akanksha Electricals in Nashik, also visited for campus placements. The average salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. However, there is no facility for internships at the college.

There should be disciplined in college.

Placements: The placement cell of this college is better than others because of its network with big MNCs so the placement count of the college is always higher even if there is a recession in the IT sector. The placement cell of the college is only a good thing.

There are no extracurricular activities or significant academic activities in the college.

Placements: The college has an average placement opportunity with companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, etc. Mass recruiting companies offer salaries ranging from 3 LPA to 4 LPA, and only 30% of students were placed. Core branch companies do not visit the college, and junior site engineer roles are offered in this placement drive. The college does not take any responsibility for internships.

Our college is good, especially the teaching and non-teaching staff members are good.

Placements: Our college provides better placements than others. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc., visit our campus. No one from a core mechanical company visits here to recruit students. Our training and placement department takes care of all placement-related responsibilities.

Our college is above average, and if strictness is a bit low, then it will be good.

Placements: There are 210 students in the mechanical department, and among which above 100 students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. TCS, Cognizant, Reliance, Mahindra, Capgemini and many more are the top recruiters of our course. The college offers good infrastructure and good staff members.

Placements: I am passed out in 2017-18 in civil engineering stream, and very few students were placed from our branch in our college. Mostly site engineering jobs are offered here. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The college doesn't provide internship facilities.

It is an average college, and it needs to improve.

Placements: Placements in our college are good for the computer, IT, and electronics branches. Core mechanical students are facing problems regarding placements. T&P cell invites marketing companies which is not appropriate. However, if compared to other colleges, it's still good. Teachers work hard for providing placements. Overall placements are good here.

I am absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty members.

Placements: The placement rate for our batch was 60%, and for our senior batch, it was 45-50%. The highest salary package offered was 7-8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Companies like Cognizant, Amazon, IBM, TCS, Godrej, Jai Hind group, and Fox solutions, etc., visited the college to offer placements. There is a placement cell available in the college. Most of the companies have hired the students as GETs for maintenance, projects, and BPO firms, etc.

It's good for only those who just want to pass and get the degree.

Placements: Not for civil, but the placements are good for other branches. Around 400 students got placed through the placement cell with the average package of 3.5LPA. Companies like TCS, Cognizant are the main sources of the placement cell. For civil, there are no placements available. For any other branch especially for computer branch, the placement is good.

Good infrastructure, but over discipline is good for human robots.

Placements: The placements for our senior batches were very poor. But this year, the college has taken serious efforts for computer and information technology branches. The technical and core companies are not provided through training and placement, but the non-technical company with 60% criteria and especially for CS and IT branches are too much.

Good quality of teachers, no placement and also no placement assistance. But, good infrastructure.

Placements: There are no placements for our batch, and also seniors didn't get a placement. Basically, for civil and mechanical, no company came for placement. Others had some placements like IT and computer but no placements for civil engineers. They just say that they offer a wide placement option, but no placement is offered to civil and no assistance also.

It will taste like a salt in the sweet.

Placements: The placements here are very good. A trial is made by the placement cell to bring large corporations. The hard work of the training and placement cell is appreciable with good records earlier. The current situation is unsteady. A fair number of companies show up and the average package offered is around Rs. 2 LPA. Also, the number of placed students here are increasing.

Good place for rural area students

Placements: The placements are quite good at this college. 250-350 students will get placements every year. The main companies like TCS and Cognizant visit the college. Till now the highest package is 5.2 LPA, and the average package is 2-3.5 LPA. Last year 250-275 students got placed. Other companies like JP Research Limited, Infinity IT, Nibhe Motors, Amazon, IBM, Reliance Jio, Epic Research Limited, Desk Era, OS3 Infotech Pvt. Ltd, Capgemini etc., visited the college.

If we see AVCOE's campus its lush green. The faculties here are stable and qualified. So you will get great experience as far as academics are considered. But, if you are looking towards extracurricular then it will not be a right choice for any engineer. Also the placements are not good. Normally TCS hires all toppers and that's it for every year. Strictness is there. Hostels, Library and gymnasium is in place and well equipped. For scholars I will always recommend this college. But if you are ...
