Good placements, great people, good faculty

Faculty: Course is relevant, faculty is also very knowledgeable. It definitely makes the students industry ready as we do lots of presentations and are prepared for the real world by constantly being pushed to perform better and under a time crunch as well. Exam difficulty ranges from medium to difficult, Direct Tax was a very tough subject.

Amazing experience overall

Faculty: The teachers in the course were very qualified. They were also quite helpful. The quality of teaching was also good but there were certain subjects where the course outlines would not match with the final exams questions. The course outline is very relevant and up to date. The students become very prepared for their jobs as there is in depth teaching in the accounting subjects especially. The semester exams are usually moderate level. The internal exams are where the grades can be defined so its...

I am happy that I am learning and growing knowingly or unknowingly.

Faculty: The quality of the course and curriculum is very good. While interning, I realized that almost everything is taught and covered through college projects which almost all of us take for granted but are designed well. Exams are quite difficult, and you cannot expect to pass them without studying.

Is NMIMS Mumbai worth it?

Faculty: The faculties at NMIMS are experts in their field and are ready to help you beyond classrooms. Bsc Finance course is designed at par with CFA level 1. So, anyone interested in the field of finance would be a good fit. It follows a semester system. A total of 8 semesters in 4 years. The course is challenging but the students give it there all and therefore the passing percentage is considerably high.

Very satisfied with the college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. However, the semester exams are very difficult, and only some students fail; the rest all pass.

One of the best BBA courses in India, with great peers and faculty.

Faculty: The teachers were qualified in their respective fields and had relevant work experience under their belts. The curriculum had a mix of assignments, presentations, and examinations. The passing percentage was around 90% as the examinations were a bit difficult and the passing requirements were 50% overall.

Overall review of Nmims-Mumbai (BBA).

Faculty: The teachers are usually very educated and qualified. They teach very professionally and solve all the doubts we have. The course curriculum is very relevant to what is needed in the future for business or jobs. Semester exams are pretty tough, and the students need to study rigorously for them.

NMIMS is a good college if you can handle the stress.

Faculty: Our college is an academically challenging university. Our teachers are good, helpful, and intellectual. They prepare us for cooperation from the very beginning. The course requires a lot of company visits to provide us with exposure to working environments.

Our college provides good placements, but the infrastructure is not good.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, well-experienced, and helpful. The course curriculum is well-structured for students. Semester exams are a bit difficult but we can manage. Around 80% of attendance is mandatory in our college.

I am highly satisfied with this college.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified with great experience. The course curriculum is well-defined, and it is divided into 6 semesters with mid-terms and final exams. The passing percentage is 70%. This course gives us an insight into the corporate world. Their teaching quality is appreciable. Teachers provide us with clear answers and also resolve our conflicts. The course curriculum is highly relevant, and it is enough for students who want to pursue a job or opt for an MBA.

NMIMS- from the eyes of a CFA Aspirant.

Faculty: The faculty for the course are excellent. They are very well versed with the subject and full of knowledge. They clear all the doubts and make us understand each concept clearly. The subject is also very relevant for the future as it will help you crack the CFA Exam.

Review of NMIMS Anil Surendra Modi School of Commerce, Mumbai.

Faculty: The academic rigor at ASMSOC was quite high. The college placed a huge emphasis on the academic performance of all students and students needed to score more than 50% to pass the exams. Attendance was also a strict norm with a mandatory 80% attendance. The curriculum was level-structured and prepared students to join the industry or pursue professional or higher studies.
