Aryabhatta college DU at a glance.
Placements: I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. computer science from Aryabhatta College. For our course, you can't count on our college to provide placements, but our departmental society and teachers are very active and do participate in empowering and helping us out for the placements.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very pretty and peaceful; for a newly established college, it does exceed its expectations. There is a new building in progress for our college. Hostel, auditorium, and a better library are some aspects where our college does lack.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and seem passionate about the subject they are teaching; they are very clear about what we can and cannot expect from our course since day one. The curriculum sure is one thing, which is very vast and can cut down a little. Our college is very serious about our academic performance.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in computer science, and I am really enjoying my time learning about it more. Although I do believe if there is a more practical aspect added to our course, it will be far better and could help us in the upcoming world. You will find all kinds of people in our college and nonetheless feel inspired by each one. Our campus is very peaceful, and many programs happen here and there.

Best destination for students pursuing technical courses in D. U.
Placements: Placement opportunities are not much considerable on the college end, but placement cell and entrepreneur society of college is very active and provide good opportunities for students (whatever the course is) like internship and job placements. Top recruiter is Flipkart.
Infrastructure: Hostel is not available in aryabhatta college. The campus is good and basic infrastructure is also good. A new 7-storey college building is under construction. Already there are 2 buildings and a playground in college. Canteen, music room, conference hall, activity room are also very nice. There is beautiful gardening everywhere in campus. Auditorium is under construction.
Faculty: In no case faculty is not assigned by college for any course and any subject. All faculty members are very cooperative and knowledgeable. Top Courses (computer Science, BBE, math hon. For example) are available which gives the highest placement opportunities.
Other: Computer Science honours is very interesting course and have high placement opportunities. Doing CS hon. From a renowned and prestigious university and NAAC A+ grade college Aryabhatta is good for one in search of knowledge with nice college life. Events, fests and other cultural activities are very common in aryabhatta college. So for those who want enjoyable college life, aryabhatta college is very good option along with having a degree from Delhi University.

    Average DU college’s experience.
Placements: The placements are based on your skills. Some of the seniors got placed while the others are doing Masters. The placements from this college are very minimal and people have applied for jobs off-campus. The college organizes a job and internship fair for the students.
Infrastructure: Our course requires computer labs and we are provided with 4 AC labs having good internet connection. We have a two storey library including the sitting area. There are 2 canteens along with a utility centre. The hostel is not available in our college but in the nearby areas, PGs are available.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and guide us well. The curriculum is more of theoretical knowledge and less of practical knowledge. If we want to become industry ready, you have to learn some skills on our own and not wait for the college to teach us. The teachers solve all the PYQs with us so we can get the idea of exams.
Other: I chose this course because Computer Science is an emerging subject in today's world and would help us in the real world. Fests are organized well by the students council and the cultural society. The societies and clubs actively organize fests and activities for the students.

Value for money and underestimated college on campus are also under development.
Placements: As a second-year student, I don't know much about placements, but the college has its own placement and internship cell, which is active and posts 4 to 5 openings per week on average for internships and also for full-time jobs, but the packages are somewhat low, with an approximately average package of INR 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The labs are well maintained and air-conditioned, with a developed, friendly operation system installed on each machine. One star less is due to the college's Wi-Fi, which has decent speed most of the time but is super slow sometimes. The library is good, like the labs, and well maintained with silence and air conditioning. Talking about hostels, the college doesn't have one, but the students have access to two canteens with decent food at low prices and lots of options. The college also has a utility center where you can have juices and shakes freshly prepared. Medical facilities are also good. Talking about sports and games, colleges have a good ground with a football field along with a practice net for cricket and a pitch, but the ground is shared by two colleges, Aryabhatta College and RLA College. The college also has a sports room with two table tennis tables and gym equipment. The college also has two temporary badminton courts.
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful and qualified, but some teachers are a bit rude and egoistic at the same time. The Department of Computer Science is a bit strict in comparison to others. Teaching quality depends on the behavior of the students. When the students operate, it is good, but it declines with the decline in operation. As mentioned, some teachers are egoistic, but as long as the class is disciplined, the quality of teaching is good. The curriculum is good, with lots of options for students to choose as side subjects to gain knowledge about other fields as well. The pass percentage for our batch is 100 percent.
Other: Overall, it is a value-for-money option that is also under development, so yes, it is a good option and an undervalued campus.

    Aryabhatta College - Review .
Placements: I am a 2nd year student, so I don't really know about the placements, but I do know that companies like Akudo, Deloitte, TCS, and Infosys come here for placements. I also don't know about the packages, but as an average, I think they ranged from INR 3 to 6 lacs.
Infrastructure: Aryabhatta College does have a good infrastructure. Maybe we talk about the garden or the canteen; all the classrooms are good and big enough. There is no hostel facility at the college. But the college is so tidy and beautiful. But overall, the canteen food is good.
Faculty: The faculty is good here; all the teachers are well educated and have enough experience in their domains. They are so friendly with the students and ready to help them in any way. The semester exams are not very difficult, and I think anyone could easily pass them.

    Natural environment that fostered growth.
Placements: There was no specific campus placement for our course because, due to COVID-19, situations were different and difficult to navigate through as the pandemic was full of uncertainties. However, the batch that passed before the COVID pandemic SAT for on-campus placement has a placement cell unit that is responsible for organizing it. Companies like Dettol visited and recruited students.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were clean, well-furnished, and well-ventilated. The labs were good; there were two labs. The labs for the computer science department were more spacious as compared to the labs for the math department, where we were to use late mathematics and HTML.
Faculty: The professors were qualified and knowledgeable. They were interactive, friendly, and amicable. They focused on a better understanding of concepts, never pressured us to learn, and made learning enjoyable for us. They were helpful and readily available for doubt clearance sessions. Pass percentage was 95%, mostly excelling in semester exams. Few got back to one or two subjects in total. The curriculum is not out-of-date; it provides a foundation for higher math algorithm formulations.
Other: Being a PCMB student, I loved calculus, and I still do. I was not sure what I really wanted to do; I just followed my interest; it was calculus. Essential improvements need to be made in the placement sphere. Crowds and connectivity are vibrant there; festivals and societies function smoothly, and they foster community engagement.
