Average experience of faculty members and Infrastructure.
Placements: We got more placement opportunities from our state itself. Merely 30-40% of students get placements from one batch. Translator, Advisor, and Tutor are the top roles offered in my course. 15-25K is the average package offered in my course every year.
Infrastructure: We have a well-maintained and furnished library and classrooms. We also have a good Wi-Fi connection and also good practical labs. Our hostel condition is average in hygiene and infrastructure, but our hostel mess and canteen, medical facilities, and sports and games are all above average.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful for us to prepare for exams. They all are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are also well-trained tutors. Our course is always curriculum relevant. The semester exams are quite difficult for a below-average student, and we need to score 30% marks to pass.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a tutor in my future. The best thing about this course is gaining knowledge of the English language.

Good college but not the best.
Placements: The college doesn't provide any placements. We should take any other course from outside to get ready for a job. This degree is just a name and it can't give us a job. The syllabus is outdated. But the college is offering additional courses like cybersecurity so they can get industry-ready skills. It just started and it may be helpful.
Infrastructure: The hostel offers good service but most students are day scholars. The canteen, library, ladies room, sports room, and basketball court are available. Most of the labs for the courses are available. There is no Wi-Fi facility available in college. There is no medical facility in college. But there are hospitals nearby.
Faculty: Teachers are okay; they do a nice job, but exams and results don't come on time. That's a university issue. This course, which I study, does make students industry-ready. Exams in our college are conducted very strictly. There is zero chance of copying. As I mentioned earlier, taking this degree alone will not make you industry-ready.

The faculty of the college is not bad. Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 60% of students in my course were placed. They provided media visits and useful courses. No students received internships from my course. They provided courses for high job opportunities in my course, including spoken English and computer courses like coding and other things.
Infrastructure: My college provides excellent facilities in my classroom. There is a language lab, which is very useful to us. They also provide Wi-Fi in the language lab. The library has a lot of books. There is a ladies' room, and there are also medical facilities. They ensure excellent facilities for sports.
Faculty: There are very qualified teachers. Their teaching is excellent. They can clear students' doubts. These courses are going on as curriculum-relevant. The semester exam is not bad. 40% of the students pass the exam. We had five subjects. In these subjects, one or two subjects were difficult.
Other: This course is very useful to me. I would like to read and write my own creative work. They need to improve placements. Events and fests are superb.

B.Com. in Co-Operation - Batch of 2024

My review of assabah college
Placements: Around 70 students were in Bcom co-operation. The yearly fee was 9000. There weren't that much recruitment companies for Bcom. Around 10% got recruitment and me and others are studying higher education like pg. Companies like Google and Microsoft team were in contact with college.
Infrastructure: We had records and viva for our course. College had wifi and classrooms were okay and the library was upgraded to a big one. I was a day scholar in college and our college had no hostel. Most of the students were day scholars in college. The others who came from other districts were forced to stay in other hostels.
Faculty: the teachers were so supportive, although some of them weren't knowledgeable. This course make students industry ready. The semester exams are tough in our college. The teachers and the principal made sure of that. The pass rate was 77 or 80 percentage.
Other: The college environment, the chemistry with students and teachers should improve. We've had freshers party, Onam, Christmas celebration, New year program and so many union programs.

Dissatisfied because of the teachers was not knowledgeable about this course and scope.
Placements: Only few students got passed the course and no one got internship. Course fee was okay and there is good scope for this course also. Qualified students can get many jobs related to Airport Airline industry, there is a lot of chances to get the job and internship even for freshers.
Infrastructure: There is nothing more than classroom even there is no canteen in the college. There is a library for a name. Even the teachers also didn't promote library or any extra curricular activities. Management was also waste. And the college commerce department also a big failure.
Faculty: Some of the teachers were only helpful and knowledgeable, teaching quality is not up to the mark. Passing percentage is also very low. In our classes also there was only 5 students got passed that year. Most of the students was not going to thd classes they were coming to round the college and the management was not taking any action against them.
Other: I choose the course because I wanted to become an Air hostess. In my opinion management should hire atleast experienced or knowledgeable teachers and some of the books of our course were not available. Events and fests are there.

Step in to a universe of satisfaction.
Placements: The qualification for the course is passing 10th and 12th with a half imprint and all understudies should enroll online with Calicut College and get their caps. For the board standard, Up-and-Come can get the application structure from the school office. I think the affirmation process is extremely simple for all. However, my college does not provide placement services.
Infrastructure: The college has a decent foundation; it has an exceptional library and a decent football field. There are canteens inside the grounds. Study halls are great too, and there is a mosque inside the ground. Also have a medical room. The physics chemistry food technology and food technology labs are there. And this year they introduce a language lab as a new facility .
Faculty: Staff here are like the majority of the staffs in other colleges; some teachers are really supportive. The exam was conducted through the notification of Calicut University and after 6 months, the 1st semester exam was conducted. It's easy for me to pass the first semester for me. But 2nd semester is mostly about history and I don't like history; that's why it's little bit difficult for me.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a teacher so I chose B.A. English as my first step. For me English department is better than the other departments. Onam celebration, Christmas celebration, selection, selection results, victory day, union inauguration day, sports day, arts day, freshers day, English day, commerce day, science day, travel and tourism day, food fest, college day and there are so many other programmes like a musical band or others. Programs are really good in Assabah.
