Placements: In our statistics department, after the Bachelor's degree, we get placement offers through campusing. The salary offered ranges from Rs.20,000-50,000. Placements are not good in all the departments of our college, but in a few departments like statistics, geology, etc., they are good.
Placements: The placement record of the college is very poor. The students have to get placements on their own as the college does not provide placement drives for the students. As it is a government college, not many companies are interested in selecting the students. No internships are offered to the students. Even, the package provided to the placed students is not good. The average salary offered to the students was Rs. 8,000 per month.
Placements: The students in the college get good marks if they work hard. I have completed my graduation from this college. Then, I got a seat in M.Sc, easily under Calcutta University. Many students from the course got placed. All the faculty try their best to place the students.
Placements: Asutosh college doesn't provide any placement opportunity to the students in economics dept. In case of internship, students have to find their own internship. Professors help them with all possible information, but college does not offer any internship to students.
Placements: Placements in Asutosh is poor. In my department, Infosys and TCS came for recruitment, but only for BPO sector, where I had no interest. Companies related to my field didn't come. I don't have any kind of idea about the recruitment drive in other departments.
Placements: During my time. There were no placements conducted in the undergraduate courses. But few of my batchmates got selected for internship after completion of the graduation course. So one of the suggestions towards the college would be start organising placements in all streams.
Placements: Don't give placement (software development ) student here because I don't know. Many students are learn here. The course is based to vocational passed student. The senior batch (Software development) out of the college bt don't give the placement to college we are 3rd batch of the B.Voc cource. I don't know that why given not placement senior and we. Bt the Fesharies students given the placement how many company.
Placements: Mostly mediahouses, BPO, hospitality, research facilities come here to offer jobs. The students have various options, they can either opt for jobs or choose higher studies for a career in research facilities. People from here also may venture into politics.
Placements: There are no placements because this is a government college, so companies don't visit to offer jobs. But, you can complete your graduation and masters from here to get a job. Trust me, if you graduate from here with good marks, a bright future waits for you.
Placements: Some companies like ICICI prudential, SAIL, TCS come and recruit a good numbers of students. Although placements are good compare to other government institutes except JU. But if you want a placement of your own subject of specialisation, this may be not the right place. But if you want to start a career with above mentioned companies, you will get a fair chance. There is a placement cell which is very active and send emails and massages to every eligible student for these type of job interview....
Placements: This college provides very good placements and job opportunities. My seniors got jobs in merchant companies, which required many students. IT companies also come here for placements every year. All the things are satisfactory, and you can come to the college and experience it for yourself. Some students join the banking sector through the campus placements.
Placements: The college provides Job placement cell that organise job interviews to facilitate job proposals for those who appearing in final exam. Its goal is to provide employment opportunities to every willing student on his/her complete academic cariculum. Reputed national and multi national companies visited our campus and select large number of student for recruitment and post traniness, supervisor etc.
Placements: I was placed on wipro via on campus placement policy. About 60 percent of our candidates passing that very year got placed in several MNCs like wipro, TCS, philips. Even students from other disciplines got the opportunity to seat for placement. The placement is much active bringing you several companies to settle your career.
Placements: There is a placement cell present in the college but you cannot expect anything great of any sort. The only major company that visited was L&T and TCS (BPS department), apart from that there is nothing much in placement department and truly speaking you cannot expect much while pursuing your honours degree.
Placements: Most of my classmates did M.Sc. from other universities. A few did MCA from other universities. Some went for applying in government and bank jobs. Some started doing their own tuition classes. A few people from other departments got placed in jobs at Wipro and Tata.
Placements: Currently, I am studying, but I got 2 jobs in private sector banking. Asutosh College has its self-placement cell which is too good and successfully placed many students. Fisheries vocational course is quite good and management study also whose placement is so nice.
Placements: After B.Sc, we hope that there must be a placement cell in the campus. The starting salary is too less in the campus placements. If someone wants to get placed in a company, he/ she must work hard and achieve it on their own.
Placements: The placement programmes were arranged, and I was absent. Many students got their job. Many placement programmes are arranged in a year, and the students are informed through SMS. The jobs offered were very good. Though I was absent, our senior batches told me that the jobs are excellent. There is a great opportunity to get a job easily.
Placements: Placements and internships are very common. Good top pharma companies come for the interviews. The highest salary offered is 20000 and the lowest is 5000. Roles were mainly as analysts and coding jobs. Placement cell though is not Very useful. 20% people opted for jobs other 80% went for further studies as in Masters.
Placements: There are no placements at all. They always motivate us to do M.Sc and then Job. But no seniors or juniors till date had got any placement from that college. No companies visited the college. No one offered us or others any job. There are no internships also. No companies gave any notice.
