Placements: 30% were placed in this college. The lowest package offered in our course is about 2 lakhs, and the highest package offered in ours is 10 lakhs. Top recruitment companies in our course like IRCTC. It is a four-year course, and after this, we can do an M.A. The placement is not so good.
Placements: So my course is Philosophy Honours. It's a four-year course. Since it is not a professional course, there is no such scope for placements and recruitments. There are good internship opportunities if you can and are up for it. But you will to maintain proper attendance and a proper interaction with your professors.
Placements: Students get a chance at a good institute for a Masters. No such placement occurs. Students here study for higher studies. An internship is mandatory in a 4-year course. Students have to do at least one internship according to NEP guidelines. After higher studies, students are placed as psychologists.
Placements: In the philosophy department, the college is not providing placements because the philosophy subject is not a technical orientation subject, so there are no internships or placements. In other subjects, placements are average, and they are also providing some internships in other subjects.
Placements: The college allows onsite placement for selected streams like BBA computer science, mass communication, etc. with a lucrative package. Few of the top companies hiring from the campus are Infotech, IBM, Satyam, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, etc. The average package starts at 3 lacs per year.
Placements: There are a total of 62 students in our batch. In the Zoology Honors course from our college, there is not much placement offered but there are a few companies that may want to recruit us after completing our Masters. I was absolutely dissatisfied with the placement faculty.
Placements: The highest package offered in this course is 8 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA with an average of 4 LPA. Many core companies visit to recruit students for my course. Minimum score of 80% is required for the students to get internships in corporate companies. HR, Sr. Manager, Jr. Manager are the roles offered.
Placements: In the case of Geography Honours, the college does not provide any placements, but that is usually the case in most colleges. There are generally not many placement options immediately after a Bachelor's degree in geography. Specializing in other courses related to the subject after Honours may land you a placement.
Placements: Forty to fifty percent of the study was conducted at many renowned companies like Amazon, Tata, Infosys, and others. The highest package is above 20 lacs per annum, and the average package is above 4 lacs per annum. More than 60 percent of the students get internships each year.
Placements: Around 40% student placement, average salary 15k per month, and offered by Byjus company & the role was marketing executive. I know the salary is not too good, but when was in the time of lockdown and now think many good companies are coming for placement.
Placements: They have students in numbers that they struggle to manage most of the time. The teachers are also frequently absent. The placements are very poor and not helpful at all in the course. There are no companies collaborating with the college for placements.
Placements: The highest package is 720000, and the average package is 2.5 LPA. Percentage of recruiting companies is low. Few students get placement from asutosh college. If you expect good placement in this college, you may be disappointed.
Placements: Placements are not provided directly to the students. But the college provides you internship, and its all about your skill and talent, which will give you placement. Students should read thoroughly, and should learn skills, so that they will be able to get internship easily.
Placements: 30% students are being placed in different companies. 2.5-3.6 LPA is the average package offered from different private companies. 40% recruiting is done by ICICI, Bandhan, HDFC banks, Amazon etc. Admin, BSE are the usual posts, offered for English (Honours) students.
Placements: Around 50% of people were interested in getting placed in my batch, and most of the others were pursuing higher degrees. The top companies recruiting were TCs, Kotak, Mutal Fund, and ICICI Mutual Fund. Most of the students who got placed are doing a traineeship and some are doing full-time jobs in the above-mentioned companies. Roles offered were Sales executive, marketing manager, and Bps program.
Placements: The placement system for almost all colleges under Calcutta University is terrible. It is better advised to look out for internships from your second year and on, and build relevant experience so that you can build your resume and look for jobs yourself.
Placements: There are no placements and internships in our college since 2018. I have been studying since 2018 and I haven't heard about placement but students get a job off campus. The recruiting companies for our department are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mindtree, etc.
Placements: Placements and industrial training are not offered in our college because we did not opt for a professional degree. If you opt for a higher degree, you can get well placed. Otherwise, college actually prepares you to be the best. Professors here will guide you to the right path.
Placements: No campus placements are held in the college. No internships at all. Too much political involvement in students. Only some student gets recommendation if they are highly politically involved. I have never seen any company coming in our college to recruit freshers.
Placements: Around 30-50% of students are placed previous year. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting company is Wipro. Placements in our college are average, mostly Wipro is hiring computer science students, and good placements in BBA, LL.B, and B.Com.
