Placements: The branch in which I am studying is the core branch of my college. Placement opportunities are pretty much good and the average package that companies offer is 4lakh/annum. There are dedicated lectures about interview sessions, and about every process related to placement and placement interviews.
Placements: Atharva College of Engineering is one of the best engineering colleges for placements at Mumbai University. Almost 90/120 students are placed in the fourth year in the computer department. The average salary package offered in computer engineering is 4.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Accenture, L&T, Reliance Jio, TCS, Byju's, Capgemini.
Placements: There were about 80% of students placed in my course. The highest salary offered was around 5L, the lowest was probably around 2L average was definitely 3L. Accenture, L&T, etc. were the top recruiters of my course. Not many students got internships from my course.
Placements: Students in my batch were average to high performing. 10lpa the highest, 4.5lpa average, 3.5lpa the lowest. Byjus, Accenture, Jio, TCS visited the campus. 70-90% students get placed. Roles - Software engineer, Java developer, web design, front end developer, backed developer, etc.
Placements: Almost 90% of students opted for jobs after the course got placed. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered up to 6 LPA. Top recruiters were Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, and L&T. Top roles offered are software developers and testers.
Placements: Almost 40% of the students are placed in this course. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Accenture is a top recruiting company. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. Almost 90% of students got an internship from this course in companies like Mahindra, etc. Software analysis is the top role offered to the students of our courses.
Placements: Placements in our college are above average. Almost 70-80% of students get placed. A mix of core electrical and IT companies visit our campus for placements. Companies visit the campus for placements of all courses. However, the salary packages offered are average. Many students opt for higher studies.
Placements: In 2018, 3 big companies visited campus. Many other visited companies were offering 1.5 lacs to 3 lacs package. Core companies recruited only 5 students. For core branch no. opportunities were not much. For computer branch many opportunities were available.
Placements: Companies like Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Zycus, etc., visited our campus to offer placements, with Zycus offering the highest salary package of up to 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was around 2-2.5 LPA. Placements in this college were decent. Companies like Infosys, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra were the bulk recruiters of the college.
Placements: The rate of placements for our batch was high and was better than our senior batch as it exceeded at least 20% from the previous batch. The salary packages offered were in the range of 2.50-4 LPA. Roles offered were from technical training engineering. Placement bodies were elected from each class. Initial grooming and training sessions are provided before the companies visit the college.
Placements: The college provided placement opportunities for our batch and our senior batch. The visiting companies were mostly related to the IT sector, but students of other streams also got an opportunity to attend the placement drives of these companies. Companies like Infosys, L&T, Emphasis, etc., visited the college and offered roles like software engineer and software testing. The college did not encourage internships.
Placements: Placements for our batch were pretty good. The placement team helped us out with preparation and grooming tips so that we're ready for the interviews. The communication after the interviews was timely and the placement team would help us out with any process related queries.
Placements: Placements are pretty good. Most of te students graduating did get placed in esteemed organisations. I was elated with placement confirmation in Tech Mahindra. The selection criteria is equal for all students. There is an equal opportunity for students and they are uniformly tested for their knowledge and quality.
Placements: I got placed through campus placements. Core companies which have come for EXTC branch were less compared to IT and CSE branches. I think a higher percentage of students from our batch were placed compared to our senior batch. I got placed in a good organisation to start my career, with the help of the college. I think college should continue to get more companies for placements. The placement committee has put good efforts to provide placements to students.
Placements: Placements in the college were good, but they were not up to the mark during my tenure. There is no proper training and guidance provided to the students, and everything was unplanned and unstructured. During my tenure, most of the students didn't get placed soon, but they found their way later.
Placements: Placements in our college are pretty decent. Around 70% of the students got an opportunity to get placed in the company of their choice. Rest of the students opted for higher studies. Mainly, core-related roles were offered by the companies that visited our college. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA.
Placements: About 10-15 companies visited the campus for placements in 2015. Almost all of them offered a salary package of around 3-4 LPA. Infosys, TCS, IGATE and L&T were the first 4 companies that visited our campus to offer placements. TCS, IGATE and L&T recruited about 10-25 students each and Infosys recruited about 100 students.
Placements: Placements were very good, just like previous years. Many students got placed in Infosys, L&T and IGATE (Capgamini now). Average salary offered that time was around 3.5 lacs per annum. The roles offered were almost in IT field. 70% of students got job.
Placements: Placements in our college were good. They helped a lot of students during their core years to get their dream job. Placements were useful for students in finding their vision in life and come with different ideas out of the confused world.
Placements: Placements were good for my batch. IT companies like L&T Infotech, Capgemini, and Infosys visited the campus for placements. They offered the roles of trainee and software engineer to students. Companies related to core electronics or telecommunications didn't visit the campus that year.
