Placements: My course had a batch of 40 students. We were not given much job opportunities. Almost half of the kids got internships in reputed hospitals. Roles offered were Jr. Nutritionist or Dietician. You can get a package of 5 LPA. Other students prefer to study ahead.
Placements: In my course, there was only one class with 60-62 students. We aren't given many placement or internship offers. The college focuses on intercollegiate activities. For mass-media students, these were very important. Advertisement and journalism are the two options in my course.
Placements: Most of the courses they introduced have some fees which they called certification courses, and about placements, they introduced sales internships in private banks which most of the students would not prefer. They provide decent placements to master's students.
Placements: I have not interacted with our seniors for placement related queries. But I have read about placement percentage in BMS course that is 60 to 70%. The highest package is 4 Lacs and the lowest package 2.5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies like tata, Infosys, birla, etc. 30-40% students got internship. Interactive roles are offered.
Placements: The placements in our college are not as good as expected. Although few top companies visited our college to recruit students. The top companies like ICICI Prudential, Century Rayon, SKS Limited, L&T, etc., visited here for recruitment. They offered roles like data entry, business development, accountant etc.
Placements: The placement percentage in our batch is 20%. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Torrent power was the frequent recruiter apart from Airoli based companies. Roles like an accountant and junior accountant are offered here.
Placements: About 75% of students were placed in different companies, and the rest opted for further studies. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, and Wipro came to our campus for placements. The lowest package offered was 1.8 LPA, and the highest package that a few students got was about 2.4 LPA.
Placements: Approximately 10% of students got placed and internships as well included. Rest had to find other ways like MCA or M.Sc. (IT). Companies which hired were L&T, Capgemini, TCS. Mostly Internship was offered by Infosys and TCS. The highest package I remember was 2.7 lac per annum rest all were below it.
Placements: Students who are from commerce background don't have placements as our college doesn't provide. So, we need to find on our own. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month, while the lowest salary offered was Rs.10,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 15000 per month. None of the companies visits our college for B.Com for placements. However, companies visit here to hire students from other courses like B.Sc, BMM, BFA, etc.
Placements: Placements for our batch was the worst. Only 5% students were placed the highest salary was 2.3 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 1.8 Lacs per annum. This year only capgemini company visited our college. Roles like management and junior coder type jobs were offered to those who were placed. There is a placement cell but no student is informed about it. Its totally useless.
Placements: This year our college yet haven't arranged placement exxept capegemini, we are asked to go for Walk-In interviews happen in other colleges and mostly in Pillai College. Last year our college had arranged almost 5-6 companies including MNC such as L&T, Techmahendra, Capegemini. This year only capegemini was arrived and since it was open campus 20-30 students were selected and got the mail confirmation. I don't weather there will be campus pool in our college this year, since its March 2018.
Placements: I'm currently pursuing B.Sc in biotechnology. We don't have placements in this field. While we do have placements for B.Sc in IT, but I don't know much about that because it is not my field. But, I do know the companies coming for placements are BPOs and back-office jobs.
Placements: The placements will generally be in the BPOs and KPOs in the companies like the Eclerx and such. The salary offered was around Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 14,000 per month. But, whoever gets selected have to wait for a couple of months before joining the company. They don't have a specific tie-up with a single company and also proper a follow up is not seen.
Placements: The Birla college does not provide the placements for the B.Com and art students. It gives only to the IT and BMM students. No company has visited for B.Com students for placement and also no internship is given from the college. I am not satisfied with this college.
Placements: 65% students get their placement the highest package offered by college was 12lac Average was 8lac and the lowest was 6lac 70% students their internship Marketing Academic Excellence: BK Birla College Offers Diverse Programs and Research Opportunities. Holistic Development: Focus on Character Building and Extracurricular Activities. Modern Infrastructure: State-of-the-Art Facilities Enhance Learning Experience. Community Engagement: Strong Emphasis on Social Responsibility and Service. Skille...
Placements: Placement was not there in college for biotechnology and many other courses. Placement offers is there for only IT and CS students but the company frequency was very less. Placement seats was also very less and students selection frequently was also less.
