The college is not bad, and I don't say it is good because the infrastructure and faculty are good.

Placements: Before 2017, the placements were good, but now they are showing placements, which was not useful because the salary offered was low and here once selected in campus they are not taking them to a job. Our seniors facing the same problem they were selected, but the cal letter was not given to them. Finally, here, the campus placements going day by day in a low category.

The college has good infrastructure and good atmosphere for education.

Placements: TCS, Tech Mahindra and many MNCs visit the campus for the placements. Every year TCS is giving the opportunity for more than 100 members. Other MNC companies are recruiting a good number of students. Cyient, Infosys, Wipro, Miracle software, Virus Polaris, Efftronics, Mind tree, NTT data are the companies which are coming every year.

The faculty and the infrastructure is good. Good placements up to 2014. After that no placements.

Placements: From last two years, there are no good placements offered. Last year, 20 seniors were placed. This year, up to now only ten members were placed. But the education is good. The companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Surya Technologies, K&F Electronics, etc., has visited. Compared to the other colleges our college has good placements.

It's a good college to learn, and you will learn not only studies but also the games too.

Placements: Only software related placements are there in the college. There are no core placements for EEE, ECE, mechanical, and chemical branches. The placements are available for CSC, but all branch students are eligible for the placements. Till now, there are no placements for EEE, ECE, and mechanical department students.

A good college in Guntur and it is a half day college.

Placements: We were not placed in any company because, in 2014, they provided fewer placements. TCS is the only MNC company conducted interviews and remaining all are not very much reputed companies. But, ECE staff are very well talented, and they provided good knowledge. U can select this college. But, I don't give any guaranty for placement.

This college is good for studying.

Placements: It's a very good college. The placements are better, and the teaching staff has the most experienced members. Most of the companies like Honda, Yes Bank, Mahendra, Infosys, etc. visit here. Many members are interested to join the college. The college has a huge public talk.

Bapatla Engineering College is one of the best colleges in A.P.

Placements: The placements were bad. However, it is one of the best colleges in A.P. About 10-15% were placed. The highest package offered was 8 Lacs pa, the average package was 3 LPA, and the lowest was 1 lpa. About 40 companies visited last year. 90% of the students got internships. There is a placement cell.

One of the best colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Placements: The placements in the college are good. Some companies are visiting our college for campus selections. We have good a placement cell. It is very useful for all the students. Many students got placement in very good companies like Infotech and Cyient and many other companies.

It is suitable for the marks scorer.

Placements: The placements in the college are good, but considering the current requirement, the placements are not good for the students as the companies expect more technical standards and those will always be welcome. And the college is only having a small company coming for the placements, and most of them will be younger in the market. And the skill set of the student is decided by his/her marks, but not by the talent they have.

A good college in Guntur and its surrounding areas are concerned.

Placements: Bapatla Engineering College provides the placement opportunity to all the pre-final and final year students who are eligible. According to the companies which are coming for the campus drives but as the mechanical branch is concerned the placements are limited to 10 to 20 students who perform well in the drive. For my batch that consists of 120 mechanical students, as I stated we were limited to very few companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra and Cadsys. Out of 120 students in mechanical, 7members pl...

The college has a great faculty and the excellent infrastructure.

Placements: The placements on the campus were good. Well, not that top companies would come and conduct a drive. This year, due to some unreasonable reasons there are a few placement drives. Last year, the companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Hyundai, Amara Raja and many others visited. There are core and software companies. The highest package is 9 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5-3.5 LPA. The internships are not mandatory, nor the companies would come for the internship.

Satisfactory when compared to other colleges and when compared to the same college in old times

Placements: The placements for our batch seemed to be very few compared to that of our senior batch.our seniors got placed in most companies including TCS, I-Gate, Tech Mahindra and Huawei. But our bad luck was that we got very few. More than 70 people got selected in Capgemini and I am one of them. Compared to the previous year, our placements reduced to less than 60 percent this year. Our seniors got the highest salary of 8 LPA whereas, for our batch, it was 5 LPA.

One of the best colleges for students if you use the college correctly

Placements: For civil engineering, only a few placements are there. 10-20 members got selected out of 140 members. Subject wise, the knowledge is okay. If you use the library, it is okay for you. If you use all the things regularly and come to the college daily, you will get software jobs. Internship is not provided by the college.

Overall a good college to join.

Placements: I studied at Bapatla Engineering College and I got selected in a company name Axness Technologies and my friends were also selected in some companies like TCS, CSS Crop, Huawei etc. Minimum package is 2.4 CTC and maximum is 8 CTC. Most of the companies that visited are from the software industry. Some of my friends did internships in reputed MNCs and they got 5K to 10k as a stipend. Some of my friends got good ranks in GATE-2016.

Faculty should be upgraded and should come out of comfort zone. Facilities need to be improved.

Placements: Placements for our batch are nominal, there are no core companies, not even a single company for electical engineering. But an ample number of IT companies like TCS, Igate, HCL etc. provided jobs for every branch. When it comes to electrical, less than 50% students were selected in IT industry. For computers, they have got sufficient number of placements.

Good placements. College has good infrastructure but knowledge provided by faculty is less.

Placements: The placements are quite good. We have got companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra and Cosmic Circuits. Nearly 30 percent of the students are placed in these MNCs, but for our seniors, more than 80 percent are placed. The highest package offered is 4 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3.2 lakhs. Most of the companies offered roles like Data Analyst and System Engineer. The college has not provided any internship programs.

Dissatisfied because of faculty, average placements, good infrastructure but old college

Placements: My college is old, but many students are placed in so many MNCs like TCS, Wipro, IBM etc. But now, the fact is that the placements are very less. Only TCS is coming and other companies are not coming, so as an old student of my college, I do not recommend my college for placement events. The highest salary is 800000 which is present in the college website but it is totally fake. Especially EEE students who do not take EEE course as even one company has not visited my college. So it is better to ...

The best thing about the college is its timings. You get a lot of time for your preparations like CAT, GATE and GREAT. It has many student organizations which are run by students, thus enhances the leadership qualities in the students. Due to its location far from the cities, it's tough to find coaching institutes for preparing for the entrance exams. Placements are mostly for ECE and CSE branches only.

Infrastructure of this college is unbeatable & food is also good at cheaper rates. Faculty in the college is a mix of all excellent and ordinary ranges. But facilities in the lab are very unique where I still remember few students from the other top engineering colleges (from other states even) came to our college to conduct tests on UTM. I'm proud to study in this college.

Baptala Engineering College is one of the finest colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Fifteen years back the college had good education values. However, nowadays the college President is doing a poor job in maintaining that reputation and many of the experienced faculty members have now left the college. Most of the Mechanical Department is good because it contains of experienced staff and four of them are PhD holders.
