The Review of Barasat Government College.

Infrastructure: In this college, they provide classrooms with whiteboards and projectors, which are very helpful for studying. In the library, you can find most books without any problem, and they provide a computer in the library. There is also college Wi-Fi that you can access with your mobile number. The college doesn't have any hostel for students.

Hood collates good placements.

Infrastructure: The classrooms were really large, with proper ventilation and fans working properly. The benches were also in good condition, not broken or so. The canteen food was quite good; it was delicious. When you gorge on your food, the students should consider it.

Pros and cons of the Government College Barasat.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good, including the library, lab, and classrooms. However, there is no hostel facility provided by the college. Many students who come from other districts have to rent their own rooms. I think that is a very big problem.

Most budget friendly course in a government college with a ragging free campus.

Infrastructure: Good canteen with cheap prices, healthy food, and a great environment. No bullying, harassment, or discrimination. CCTV coverage makes it more safe. Big library with great collection. Digital classroom with projector and laptop. Wi-Fi and laptop usable for study.

A review of Barasat Government College.

Infrastructure: The college has a big and well-maintained campus. It has a very strong Wi-Fi connection all over the campus, but there is a daily limit of 1 GB per day on the Wi-Fi network. The library has a huge collection of books, journals, and magazines. The library also has computers for students to use within the library. The laboratories are good, with very good and enough equipment. There's no hostel in the college, so students have to rent rooms outside the college. There is no mess, but there is one c...

The best college for B.Sc. (Hons) in Zoology courses.

Infrastructure: Barasat Government College provides decent infrastructure for the Zoology department. We have well-equipped laboratories with modern instruments for practical sessions, spacious classrooms, and a resourceful library with a vast collection of books and journals. The college also offers Wi-Fi connectivity across the campus. However, hostel facilities need improvement, especially in cleanliness and maintenance. The mess and canteen provide satisfactory food, but there's room for enhancement. Medica...

Barasat Government College .

Infrastructure: Our college offers good facilities both academically and infrastructure wise. The food in the canteen is well made and the price is also very affordable. We can get a combo of chilly chicken and fried rice at just ₹50. The sports facilities include participating in the events with a good team.

Mostly satisfied with academics, faculty, infrastructure but the placement and hostel is poor.

Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure. For Science, stream labs are up to the mark. It has computer labs with a free internet connection. Wi-Fi is also available for all free of cost. But the problem is there is no hostel facility in this college. Due to this, the students suffer very much.

It is the number one best college in Barasat.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility available. But we have a canteen facility and it serves a variety of food. Everything is fresh and we also have medical facilities for students who got injured. Staff takes fast action if there is any injury. We also have a ground to play sports like cricket, football but it is not so big but good.

A very good canteen is available where students get fresh and tasty food. Medical facilities are available, and there is also a common room and sports ground.
