A college for efficient studies.

Placements: Almost all the students get placements from the college. The highest package offered is 500,000 per annum, and the lowest is 200,000 per annum. Companies like Axis Bank, HDFC, and various other insurance companies come for recruitment. There are quite high management roles offered.

Our college provides good teaching staff.

Placements: Wipro, IBM, AajTak, etc., are the top recruiting companies. The maximum salary offered was Rs.16,000 per month. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Almost 40% % of students got placed in our college. Students visit our college in formal uniform on interview days, and they are well prepared by our teachers.

Not satisfied with the college. The teaching pedagogy is also very old fashioned.

Placements: Placements here are not up to the mark for B.Com students they only offer call centre jobs for the B.Com students. There is not any internship programme for the students for making students familiar with the industry. The maximum pay they offer is 15000 per month.

Okay, so talking about BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar, I don't have much to say except that the only good thing about the college was the fee structure and the location in the city. Apart from it, speaking of placements, a very few number of companies visit the campus, that too for a particular number of fields, not for all. There were only 2-3 companies who came to pick students from BBA (I have done BBA but the course wasn't mentioned here so had to select BCA). Faculty is pretty decent, ...
